Enjoy this family friendly, centrally located beautifully appointed, three-bedroom condo located in the heart of the Mountain Village core. Come and go from skiing throughout the day with ease and convenience with a short walk to various ski runs, the free gondola and chair 4. In the summer, access multiple hiking trails and the bike park within minutes of your front door. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and hang by the fireplace to unwind after your adventures. All of Mountain Village's dining and shopping is a stone's throw away and the free gondola will drop you in the heart of Telluride town.

ENTRY LEVEL
This two-level townhome, you'll find two bedrooms: a split king bedroom (king or two twin beds) and a second bedroom with two queen beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The laundry room is on this level as well.

UPPER LEVEL
Up the stairs, you'll find a the living area complete with ample seating, a fireplace, and access to the private deck with grill. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living and dining area creating the perfect space for spending time with friends or entertaining. On this level there is also a lounge area complete with a bar and additional sofa, plus an additional full bathroom.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed a flat screen TV with an en suite bathroom and second private deck with mountain views.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
The Belvedere building offers a parking garage with one designated parking space, a ski closet adjacent to the unit, and an amazing Mountain Village Core location in a quiet corner, but just close enough to the action.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing location! Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of construction occurring in the area while we were there - but sometimes that just happens.Our check in process was problematic - unclear directions, wrong garage code - but we called the after-hours service and the gentleman was so helpful, even though he couldn't solve all of the problems. He did let me know he would notify the regular hours team and they would be in touch - which they were! With all the check in frustration, the follow up service from the team made it SO much better

We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear that our after-hours team was able to assist you promptly and that the regular team followed up to help resolve the issues. We also appreciate your understanding about the construction happening nearby; sometimes these things are unavoidable.

Wonderful location , roomy and comfortable

Rented for a month and the best thing about this condo is the roominess and the location. The management company was very quick to respond to any question or need. There is no furniture on the balcony, which would have been nice in the beautiful summer months. The TV system is outdated, I never could get the Apple TV to work and the TV in the main room does not allow for any streaming. The furnishings are slightly tired but clean and comfortable - overall it was a wonderful stay but a few updates could make it better. Also, renters are not allowed to use the elevator which made for a bit of a hassle when bringing luggage up all those stairs .

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
