Exactly as described; clean; beautifully decorated; comfortable; extremely well stocked with basic supplies and linens and blankets; excellent location; host is phenomenal; really exceptional; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A very comfortable stay. The property is equipped with everything a guest might need. I would recommend that down the line a privacy fence to built on the street side of the fire pit area in the backyard. I felt very exposed sitting out there. Or a private deck/patio by the back door of this half of the house. Just so you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee in your PJ’s! The backyard has endless potential to enhance the experience.

Thank you for your input. We do have plans on a privacy fence. Hopefully next year. We just took out a few trees to make that possible in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place, so much that we extended a night. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and loved that we could bring our fur babies. Great location too, close to the beach, port, aquarium, casino and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay again!

This house is absolutely adorable and well equipment. It is also in a great location. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

In town for two days, and frankly, wish it would been a longer stay.Comfortable, the bed was terrific, very neat, homey, the shower was great. As advertised....Highly recommend.

Everything was super clean in the house. House was very close and conveniently located to beach and other places to visit. Jennifer was super nice and easy to talk with and to ask questions. Extremely pleasant visit.

The house and host was GREAT, but I just searched for something that sleeps 6 and didn't pay attention to the details-blow up mattress and sleeper sofa. If you have smaller-in-size children or youngsters your gonna be fine, my adult children survived though . Some things about the area worth sharing are that everyone we came in contact with was lovely, the aquarium ISN'T worth 70ish dollars, and THERE ARE NO PENGUINS physically there. you have to pay EXTRA for something to do with the penguins that DON'T ACTUALLY EXIST... we were told this paying extra bit in the gift shop when we asked for directions bc it seemed we reached the end and hadn't seen them yet. THE BUFFET at the Palace was OK, it was just like a Golden Corral/Ponderosa (which I like to eat at btw), but with a Chinese food option. There's only three casinos that will let you on the property if you have a guest in your party UNDER 21, and no lobster/crab legs like you see online at the other casino which you CAN'T take anyone under 21. That was disappointing. The food was good but but get there early, they close at 4pm. I recommend Hardys, great food, great price and the apple pies are so good with there coffee. We went to the one closest to us... Lots of shops in the area, and of course FISHING AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING!!!!!! Still have my souvenir from NC .

The stay was amazing VERY cozy spot especially the way they have the inside fixed up. It was in great range of the places we wanted to visit amd eat at. And also a very quite neighborhood. The host was very accommodating, and easy to get ahold of with any questions with quick responses, also was quick to help return some clothing items we left by mistake. 10 out of 10 would def stay again. We had a wonderful stay! So much so, we added on a day. The house is beautifully remodeled inside, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The hostess provides lots of extras like toiletries, towels, sheets, blankets, dishes for kids and adults, games, floaties, and more. The location is so close to the beach! We loved it!
