Comfortable home away from home. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Cute neighborhood with a great coffee shop a short walk down the street for the morning coffee run. We want to redecorate using some of their ideas!

In a word- excellent. There is no better way to describe this location and the overall experience. Everything was in order and the host made sure we were well cared for. York is a great hub spot to see Gettysburg, Lancaster, Hershey, and the capitol, Harrisburg. We did all of the above in four days, wth multiple stops. And if you like thrift shopping as we do, York is the place.

A very clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect accommodations for a relaxing “besties” weekend. We totally enjoyed sitting on the back porch just catching up. Great place! Perfect location as a halfway point for both of us to meet. Highly recommend !

It was a great place to stay, home away from home while working in the road. Very clean, great location, comfortable beds, owners are great and very quick to respond to you if you have any questions. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again when back in the area.

We needed a place to sleep and shower while at an event for the weekend, this property is incredbily well kept with great attention to detail. We had such a nice time even though we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making our trip that much more enjoyable.

House was clean and washer/dryer were very appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the key breaking in a lot. The phone number for the owner on VRBO was not in working order; luckily, the owner saw my message with my phone number and called me.

Great House

My friend and I from grade school stayed here to celebrate our birthdays and see a play. The house was great. Well stocked and so cute. Loved the front and back porches to sit in the mornings and evenings. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked in the evening and felt safe. The host was great too.

Perfect Location

This fully updated ilder home has all of the character but with a great update and blended style interior. The house is super clean with great bedding and amenities. The decor is ecclectic but so inviting. The owners were super responsive and very responsive. We loved the location which was close to all the historic areas as well as great restaurants. Sister Galentines 2024

What an amazing experience from booking to departing, the owners communicated very well! From receiving a welcome letter down to having a guest book to sign- every detail was executed to perfection. The space was ample enough for all of us to enjoy- having 2 bathrooms of course was a plus for a group of women lol. The pictures listed are amazing but the place is even better in person! The beds were super comfortable for all of us, staying here there is not one reason for a complaint. We booked this place excited to have a sister staycation and left this place completely restored. Memories were made and if I could give a 100 stars I would. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the York PA area. It’s the ideal location with many restaurants, stores and churches nearby. For anyone looking for a place to stay with a “home away from home” feel, don’t hesitate-book now-this is the place to stay! One more thing although we were all adults this is definitely a family friendly home- even including a kids corner & ample backyard space. Truly no detail left behind!
