We also appreciate your feedback regarding the hallway light coming through the bedroom window. We understand how important a dark room can be for a good night’s sleep. The curtains and drapery in the condo are subject to HOA rules and regulations, which the owner is required to follow, so there are limitations on what we are permitted to install or change. We will check with the owner and the HOA to see what other curtain arrangements could assist with darkening the room at night. We appreciate your creative solution and your understanding. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo overall, but we're sorry to learn that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We do wish you would have brought any issues to our attention after check-in so we could have tried to fix anything for you to make your stay more memorable. Your comments regarding the dishwasher filter and the kitchen surfaces have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can address these issues and improve our inspection process. We strive to provide every guest with a spotless property, and we appreciate you bringing these oversights to our attention. Regarding the pool wristbands, we understand the replacement fee can be frustrating. Unfortunately, this charge is set by the HOA, and we include this information in our guest materials to help avoid unexpected costs. We also understand your disappointment with the dredging project. While this was a temporary maintenance project beyond our control, we recognize that it impacted the view and overall experience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again under better circumstances.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of the TV and Internet on the 1st day. You checked in around closing time the 1st of your 2-night visit with us. We have an emergency number to call on our front door and in your check in materials. We could have gotten you connected that 1st night had you called us being that you just needed to look on the modem to find the username and password to get connected to the internet. You didn't notify us until the next morning around 10am of any issues, and we addressed them immediately. You needed 1 remote replaced for the bedroom TV only. We offered some compensation for your 1-night loss of internet and tv from 8pm to 10am the next morning, but that didn't seem to be enough for you that you asked for a late checkout. We did accommodate a late checkout time that you took further advantage of an extra 30 minutes causing housekeeping to get off schedule waiting on you to vacate the condo. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.

We are glad that you found everything you needed during your visit at the beach. We are not sure why you had trouble reaching the office. We send out all of our contact information (phone numbers, email, Facebook, etc) when you reserve your condo. We have regular office hours and emergency contact information on our office front door and voicemail if you reach us after hours. Always leave a message, and we promptly return phone calls. You can also reach us by email and Facebook messenger that is monitored after hours as well. Your kind words about our team and property mean a lot to us, and we truly value your ongoing support over the years. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Garden City soon!
