Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the condo had everything you needed. We agree—the views from the 10th floor are hard to beat! We're also glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the security team. They work hard to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. And of course, having the beach just steps away makes it even better! We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful beach vacation soon!

Thanks for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your Ocean Views from this condo! The higher you go in the building the more it feels like you are on a cruise ship out on the water like you mentioned. We would love to host you again soon!

Thanks for staying with us again. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the dishes left in the dishwasher and the balcony not being cleared by the cleaning crew. We could have sent them back up to fix any issues if you would have notified us. Unfortunately, this must have just been missed in this unit for some reason by the crew. We do hope that you will forgive that mistake and stay with us again.

Thanks for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Water's Edge Resort and the beach. We apologize that you had to check in at the front desk, but we hope that you had a good experience with our staff as I know I spoke with you several times to answer questions you had regarding the property and area. In our description and check in emails, we send that only starter items are provided. Most VRBOs do work this way as they are not hotels that provide daily housekeeping. We did provide you with additional supplies upon your request. We also provided you with a coffee pot upon request being that the condo only had a Keurig. We hope that you were able to relax and enjoy on vacation. We hope you will visit with us again!

Thanks for your review. We do apologize for any inconveniences during your stay, and we do wish you would have made us aware of these things while you were here. We would have tried to address anything that was not to your satisfaction if we were able. All condos are individually owned, so we do hope you will visit with us again and try a different unit.
