This property was a let down
I was disappointed I had to put in all our credit card info just to see if he would accept our stay. I just wanted to ask a question and then I was told that he did not allow cancellations. ok that was fine. then he was just non responsive until the day of check in. I asked him questions and he just did not respond. He did respond the day of check in and let us come 2 hours early. which was nice. but when we arrived the neighborhood was rough and this was not like hurricane rough, it was a rough run down area. the ad stated the pool was heated and it was not. I was so looking forward to having a pool and it was not useable it was so cold. I sent him an email and .. No RESPONSE! the pool never seemed to be running in the 4 days were were there. It was dirty and then the lawn company came and blew all kinds of yard debris into the pool, making it worse.the house was filthy. the floors looked like they had not been cleaned in forever. everything was run down and needed a coat of paint. Broken blinds on all the windows.I did let the property manager know. so I was not charged. again... NO responseWe had planned on having my sister over for dinner, but the place had a nasty smell and it was just not suitable for dinner. We only ended up sleeping there and left every morning. I have used never had such an experience at VRBO. this was truly disappointing and it was not cheap.
