The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and more, ready for you to whip up delicious meals. The living room is absolutely amazing, with nautical decor and a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. It's the perfect space to entertain and relax with friends and family. The 1st floor has the living room, kitchen and a bathroom.
The 2nd floor has a beautiful open floor bedroom with water views right off your balcony. Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves and the sight of the sparkling ocean right outside your window. It's a dreamy oasis that will make you feel like you're on a never-ending vacation. There are two queen beds and a full bathroom.
There is 28 night minimum for rentals.
Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PETS!
NO boats allowed on property or in Marina.
