Thank you for your 4‑star review. I’m glad the location and pool worked well and that the unit was clean. I’m sorry the condo needed upgrades and for the maintenance and safety issues you found — towel racks and toilet‑paper holders coming off, the small bunk room lamp and cramped size, worn caulking, paint/wall repairs, and the unsecured glass tabletops. I’ve passed all of this to the owner, maintenance, and housekeeping and asked that we: secure/replace the racks and holders, inspect and repair the bunk‑room lighting and any electrical concerns, replace caulking and address paint/wall repairs, evaluate furniture for upgrades, and remove or secure glass tabletops to eliminate the safety hazard. We’ll also review the listing photos and description so room sizes are clearer for future guests. If you’d like to share any more details, please message us via Vrbo and we’ll follow up. Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the condo was clean, had great views, and plenty of hot water. Apologies the starter supplies weren’t enough for eight — we’ll increase the toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and basic condiments provided for larger groups and will note quantities in the listing. We’ll also inspect the pull-out couch and add clearer instructions (it’s generally best for kids). Thanks for the helpful feedback — we’d love to host you again.
