Don't rent from AW LUXE

"I pride myself on being a responsive host. I am always available and can be reached via messaging at any time." Load of bs. Don't rent from AW LUXE. They did not check for area maintenance before giving the okay. No gas in the area had to relocate. Rented this house for 3 people. Got downgraded to 2 bedroom apartment. They said relocate or cancel. We accommodated with no choice. They said here is less than partial refund and a sorry. Stay clear away from any property being hosted by AW LUXE. They do not pride themselves. Already file complaint to BBB.
