Our Mid City Bungalow is a Duplex located just 1 mile from Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row and the Historic Downtown Business District! Side B is where you will stay. It has been Completely Remodeled and furnished with Comfort in Mind to be your Home Away from Home! Beautiful & Fun Interior with New Furnishings and a Fully Stocked Kitchen! On-Site Parking. Privacy Fenced Back Yard with a Weber Propane Grill and Outdoor Sitting Areas! Furbabies Welcome!!
The Living, Dining and Kitchen are Open. The Kitchen features a Gas Range with a Built-In Air Fryer in the Oven, a Full Size Dishwasher and Full Size Washer/Dryer. The Kitchen is Fully Stocked with Everything you need to Cook your Favorite Meal. We provide Complimentary Spices, Oils and Cooking Spray - so check stock before you head to the Grocery Store! Enjoy Complimentary Coffee, Creamer and Tea!
The Living Room and Bedroom feature 43" Amazon Fire Smart TV's. The Record Player is a Fun Feature and we also provide a Bluetooth Speaker so you can listen to your Favorite Playlist.. Books, Games and Cards are located in the Record Player Cabinet.
The Bedroom features a King Size Bed with High End Linens, Bedside Reading Lamps, a Sleep Sound Machine and a Closet with Hanging Rod and Storage Shelves.

My husband and I (and our 2 grown sons) are foodies, we love the downtown festivals, OAKLAWN Racing, and the lake recreation Hot Springs provides. We truly hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Our property is a Cozy 1930's Bungalow that we Remodeled with Quality Materials for our guests to Enjoy a Great "Home Base" while on Vacation! It has a Beautiful and Fun Interior and the Back Yard is so Private that you forget you are just minutes from Hot Springs National Park.
