It’s time for low stress and High Tide! This charming 2-bedroom Galveston vacation rental is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend away from it all, no matter the season. With 2 decks, a short walk to the beach, and a cozy interior, your whole family will want to come back again and again.

The private drive of this 3rd row townhouse easily accommodates up to 2 cars, and the large ground level patio is a great place to enjoy grilling fresh seafood, hanging out with your friends, or rinsing off after a day in the sand & surf.

Head upstairs to the main level to drop off your luggage in your choice of 2 bedrooms. The king size primary suite has a low-profile platform bed, TV,private en suite bath, and direct access onto the covered deck. Down the hall the second bedroom features 2 Twin bunks that are low to the ground for easy access for little legs. This fun bunk room also accesses the deck, great for reading or playing card games as the sun sets.

On the top level of this island vacation home, you’ll be greeted by soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and a classic blue and white color palette. A comfy sofa, two large ottomans, and a cushioned bench provide a great space to gather and catch up. The nearby kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glassware and dishes – everything you need for family meals together. The dining table seats 4, with room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Bar height counters throughout making serving meals or snacks easy. Grab your favorite drink and step out onto the main level deck to watch the sunrise or just enjoy relaxing in the fresh Gulf breeze.

Ready for some beach fun? Grab your beach chairs & towels and make the short neighborhood walk to the beach. Hunt for shells, try your hand at surf fishing, or just watch the waves roll in on your High Tide vacation!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
