The host was excellent with very detailed instructions on getting to and into the unit. The condo is very recently renovated with tasteful furnishings and with everything anyone would want or need. Very satisfied with our stay.

Lovely beach stay

The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. The view of the sunrise from the bedrooms and balcony is spectacular. Beach access was very convenient.

This unit looks exactly like the pictures displayed and is the best stocked unit we've ever stayed in. We ended up bringing our own beach chairs because we're always disappointed in the quality of the unit's chairs. This unit had 4 Tommy Bahama chairs in great shape, so you can leave yours at home! The kitchen had everything we needed plus plenty of quality pots/pans (a plus in my book). We were a quick 20-min easy drive into Space Coast Complex if your in town for baseball/softball. The pool is still unfinished and takes away from the overall view when sitting on the balcony, but the oceanview from the window was enjoyable from every room. We will be back!

Location was Great! Host was Great!.. We were informed about the pool not being finished, but,the view right off our balcony was a total construction zone,and when the workers were there,the noise and dust kept us from being out on the patio. There were no recliners,as shown in pics,and the couches were very uncomfortable for us. Shout out to our host, for bringing a brand new ironing board up after I requested one.

This was a beautiful property just as advertised. Much more spacious than expected - especially in the living area and kitchen. Communication was fantastic - Cindy was super quick in responding and was helpful. One thing we would’ve found helpful is to know about the reserved parking space before getting into the unit - we came in late in the evening in a very large truck and had difficulty because there was no available space large enough to park. Once we got in the unit, there was info about the reserved space. It didn’t impact our stay but it may be helpful for someone in the future. Fantastic stay and we LOVED the coffee cups - adorable and the perfect 16 ounce size to support our caffeine habit! Thanks again!!!

Absolutely incredible accommodations!

Unit was stunning...everything we could have hoped for. Only downside was the incomplete seawall construction that did not permit direct access to the beach, but was small price to pay for what the unit had to offer. Would stay again without hesitation if travel to Satellite Beach area in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is excellent, with grocery stores and other conveniences just a short distance away. The unit was clean and featured a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware. While the balcony offers a nice view, the top railing sits right at eye level, while seated; at 5‘5“. I found I had to adjust my posture to see the ocean clearly by slouching or sitting very straight up. We were aware the pool is still under construction before booking so that was no issue for us. Cindy was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed for a long weekend in February. Condo was as described. Super clean! Spacious living room and bedroom areas. Amazing kitchen. Comfy beds. Quiet and peaceful. If staying, check on beach access. We did not need it, but there is construction ongoing. Also, check the condo welcome book for the designated parking space number. Cindy was great to work with and responded quickly to questions. Close to both Cocoa Beach and Melbourne.

We had a very comfortable stay with four adults and one infant. Our plans changed and we didn’t spend much time in the immediate area, but the condo was a nice home base for us. There was construction while we were there (which we anticipated), and we were very glad to find that the windows are of such high quality that we couldn’t hear the construction noise at all from within the unit. If traveling with young children, I wouldn’t recommend relying on any amenities provided— all (pack & play, high chair) were old and in poor condition.

Perfect Getaway!

Must stay! My husband and I stayed at the Sandpiper Unit 203 and had a wonderful time. The unit has been recently renovated. The unit was extremely clean, the furniture was very nice, and we were impressed with the updates. They have everything you need and more! The kitchen was stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, and accessories. Appliances are new and very clean. The view was really nice. The pool is under construction and we were aware of this before making the reservation. The condo building was very quiet and peaceful and clean as well. Lots of restaurants and the grocery store were close by. We will definitely stay again. Do yourself a favor and stay in this unit. You will LOVE your stay!
