Il Mammoth Mountain Chalet n. 11 si trova nel cuore delle aree di attività estive e invernali a Mammoth Lakes, in California. Questa cabina con telaio a "A" si trova all'interno della foresta nazionale di Inyo, a soli 100 metri dal Main Lodge, dalla seggiovia n. 1 e dalla gondola principale dell'area sciistica di Mammoth Mountain. I visitatori invernali possono accedere immediatamente a "prime piste", noleggio di attrezzature, servizi di biglietteria e servizi di vendita al dettaglio e letteralmente "sciare" per il pranzo e alla fine di una giornata meravigliosa, il tutto senza le preoccupazioni del traffico, del parcheggio o dell'accesso invernale. I visitatori estivi possono attraversare il parcheggio, prendere un autobus per raggiungere le strutture di Red Meadows "gateway to the wilderness", noleggiare una mountain bike e attraversare i sentieri di montagna o semplicemente godersi un giro panoramico in gondola fino alla cima del Mammoth Mountain. Chalet # 11 offre tutti questi vantaggi e un'incantevole e accogliente casa per le vacanze lontano da casa con tutti i comfort abitativi tra cui cucina completa, sala da pranzo, camino a legna e un'ampia terrazza per sedersi, rilassarsi e godersi la vista sulla cima e la foresta Inyo circostante. 2 Family, 4 Night Stay

Stayed for four nights over spring break with my family (2 adults, 5 and 2 year old) and our friends (2 adults, 3 and 1 year old). Setup was perfect; the three oldest kids slept upstairs, where there was a queen and two single beds. All beds were very comfortable. Cabin was the right size for our group, and location to the mountain was ideal. Staff were incredibly accommodating, from booking the reservation through helping us pack up when it was time to leave. Will definitely be back next year; it was a great time.

Perfect cabin for on-slope skiing

perfect size for 6-7 skiers. The three bathrooms comes in handy. Bathrooms are stocked with needed supplies (shampoos, tissues, etc). Kitchen has needed utensils and dishes for daily use. We used dishwasher every night. We enjoyed the abundance of firewood for nightly fires. Microwave is tiny but functional. Guest services were outstanding and responded to our needs promptly. Second time in cabin 12, we'll stay again.

Perfect location, very run down chalet

We had a lovely time at the chalet, the staff were great and very helpful. Location was also amazing. However, the chalet was very run down. The furniture was old and pretty worn, beds were horrible. The appliances also very old, and some didn’t even work. Due to the condition of the chalet, I would not recommend this specific chalet. The chalet is in need of serious updates.

Nice getaway

My family and friends had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was very clean and well stocked. I really loved that they excepted animals. I was able to bring my dog. They even provided a basket with towels to wipe their feet. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Mammoth is Beautiful during Summer

It was great. A great place in a fantastic location that’s close enough to the village, while remote enough to be away from other people!

Loved it

We spent a weekend here with our 3 golden retrievers and it was everything we ever wanted. Our oldest dog LOVES snow, but since we live in SoCal, we don't see a lot of snow. We recently received news that his cancer had returned, and at his age (13 1/2) there is nothing more we can do but spoil him. So we made our first trip to Mammoth Mountain. Debbie was so accommodating for us. The dogs rode in the snowcat to our chalet (and again when we checked out). There was so much snow we had to walk DOWN steps cut into the snow to get to the deck. It was a beautiful day when we arrived, and it snowed the second night, making for a magical morning before we had to leave. The chalet had everything we needed for the 2 of us and the dogs. There were walking trails just outside the cabin with lots and lots of snow for the dogs to roll in, dig in, and chase each other around. The office has plenty of sleds to choose from if you want to go sliding. It was the perfect weekend. Plenty of good restaurants in town for dinner. Debbie recommended the gondola ride to the top of the mountain ($29pp) which we enjoyed (even though it was clouded over at the top and we couldn't see a thing). We watched the Kentucky Derby on the TV in our chalet. The free wi-fi worked great. We used the stove and the microwave and refrigerator with no complaints. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The king size bed downstairs was fine. The parking lot isn't too far away from the chalet to walk too, although the elevation had us huffing and puffing walking back to the chalet up the short hill (being out of shape didn't help, either). If we ever return to Mammoth, we will definitely be staying at the chalets again. Thank you for a great weekend and great memories.
