This home is a great place to stay! It has everything you need and is very spacious. Seven people stayed here on a longer term rental and had more than enough room. The pool is a wonderful addition! The kitchen has everything you need - they even had a crockpot! The home was clean and felt like home away from home! The homeowner is extremely easy to connect with and when able to accommodate was willing to do so. She is kind, considerate, and easy to work with. This home is great and you can’t go wrong by staying here. Book it - you won’t regret it!

The house worked well for what we needed during our stay, especially since I was recovering from surgery. However, there were a few things that could have made the experience better. On two separate occasions, people showed up unexpectedly in the backyard—once to clean the pool and another time to do yard work. We were not given any advance notice either time, which would have been appreciated, especially when renting a private home. The house also showed some signs of wear, including numerous cracks, and we found quite a few dead bugs throughout the property.Overall, the house served its purpose, but given the condition of the property and the lack of communication regarding maintenance visits, we felt it was overpriced for the experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad the home met your needs during your recovery. I understand that advance notice of maintenance visits would have been appreciated. During your stay, your only communication was a late checkout request, the night before check-out which I accommodated for over two hours at no extra charge. I also allowed an extra guest at no charge and waived the additional cleaning fee despite incomplete checkout instructions.

Everything was wonderful for our family trip! There are a few updates that could be done (missing drawer pulls in the kitchen, for example), but the home was super comfortable. The covered and shaded parking was fantastic. The weather was cool enough that we did not get in the pool but we did enjoy the atmosphere just sitting outside by the pool. The location was central to everything that we did. We needed extra sheets and they were delivered within a couple hours of us arriving. Communication was easy and replies were quick. Thank you!!!

Excellent family vacation

This property was everything that we wanted. It was close to all areas north and downtown dallas. Communication with the property manager was very timely. She addressed any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. If we're in the area again, we would gladly stay here again.

Amazing family vacation at an amazing house with a pool!

My family and I all stayed at this house for a family vacation. We had such a relaxing time and enjoyed going in the pool every day! The house was very spacious, lots of amazing bedrooms and beds to choose from and 3 bathrooms that made it very convenient! The property owners were great at communicating with me and very attentive. Next time we visit Texas we will be sure to rent this house again for our vacation!!

World Cup Event stay

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our daughter’s USA softball world cup event. The property was perfect for our entire family to stay and be comfortable. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the pool. There was close by dining and shopping. We actually did walmart delivery for groceries for everything we needed. We would book this home again. The owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.
