Needs a lot updating. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Tables and dressers have a lot of wear. Bathroom light fixtures are rusting.

As a short-term rental owner, I am very observant of properties that I stay in. There are a lot of things in this condo that need attention. The master bedroom mattress is old and sagging in the middle. The outdoor furniture was nice except for the cushioned furniture which needs to be replaced. The large skillet in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Not nitpicking, just observations that I would appreciate if it were my condo.

First impressions was nice, but there were issues with the door, the handle was broken, the curtain rod was broken but over all the view made up for it. Would I stay there again sure but for a much lower cost. Thanks again.

Our family came down for a relaxing week and could not have chosen a nicer condo. The check in/out process was very simple and the condition of the unit exceeded expectations. We plan on booking this unit again if it is available for future trips.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay near everything and beachfront. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the dryer didn’t dry well and the dishwasher didn’t work well.

Awesome vacation

We brought our family including grandkids to the beach for a relaxing stay. Some enjoyed the beach, some the pool, and others sitting on the balcony. Everything was clean. We enjoyed local seafood. Grandkids enjoyed the pirates and princess show at the Hangout. An awesome week and the kids are wanting to come back next year.

Best view in Gulf Shores!

The penthouse condos in San Carlos offer views for miles and miles! Checkin and checkout with Beachball was super-easy, and everyone had a great time. It's not easy finding a property with 4 bedrooms AND 4 bathrooms, but this is it!

The location is great. Unfortunately they decided to work above the pool over spring break so no pool access. Additionally the condo was very dirty, floors and such. We felt that it banked on a great location that the thought nothing else needed to be updated. Couches and beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. Rugs were so dirty and old we felt the kids couldn't play on it. Some of the pots and pans were disgusting with old food on them.
