The condo was a perfect size for us. And there were so many amenities! Coffee pots, cooking supplies, comfy towels for the bathroom, comfy furniture & pillows in the living room. Tranquil Getaway is a perfect name for the location. Sitting on the patio, listening to the birds, quiet pond in the back....just beautiful! The condo is a short walk to two beaches, plus the downtown area with the shops & restaurants, and about a mile to the Nubble Lighthouse. Salt & Shine were terrific partners to work with. They answered any questions we had very quickly, provided lots of suggestions for fun things to do and places to go. We didn't want to leave!

Had a wonderful stay in York. Property was great and in walking distance of both beaches, zoo, stores and restaurants. Very short drive to lighthouse. Excellent for two people.

Excellent comfort and conveience

Tranquil Getaway is a perfect location for a vacation in the Yorks and beyond. It's within walking distace of he town, both beaches and Nubble. The unit was clean, well appointed, and niely laid out.

This is our third time staying in October at Tranquil Getaway and we love it. It's perfect for my husband and I and it's located in the perfect spot for both Short and Long Sands. It's spotless, and such a nice home. We hope it will be available for a longer stay as my husband is retiring the end of the month and we would love to spend a longer time in the fall.

Bike Week Escape

Overall our stay was excellent. A very nice property in an excellent location. Only two suggestions 1) there were spiders in the shower. Maybe a more frequent pest control would help. 2) the bes was quite high making it difficult to get into without a small ladder.

The Tranquil Getaway is a beautiful property! It was spotless, very comfortable, and it had all of the amenities we needed. It's very close to both beaches. The hosts were courteous and prompt with answering our questions. I'd highly recommend staying here!
