Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house is spacious and offered everything our family of 10 needed. Great location right on Lake Hamilton.

This is the absolute perfect location for a large group. We booked this home for an extended weekend to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and it was perfect! The house looks exactly like the pictures, but even more beautiful in person. The backyard yard set up and views were amazing. Also this location isn’t too far from the downtown area and all it has to offer. My mother had the most amazing time and we are already talking about renting this home again as our relaxing getaway! Highly recommend this location!

Friends reunion

We had all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and nicely unkept property on the lake, very homey place and plenty of activities for everyone to entertain. Kids loved spending time on the dock fishing all day long. Our friends already voted to comeback here for our annual get together next year 🙂.

Great week with family at a great home.

We were in Hot Springs for a wedding and had 4 families staying in this lake house(total of 14 people). This house could handle more people than what we had if needed. The open floor plan was great and so was the outdoor area. We had a great time and got to enjoy swimming in the lake, the hot tub, and downtown hot springs between wedding events. Everything was clean and in working order throughout our stay and the host was very responsive to ourrequest. We would recommend staying in this home to anyone we come across that’s vacationing in the area.

The Villa

The Villa was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and well kept. There was everything you needed for cooking, playing games. There was plenty of room for our whole family. We had our 3 daughters and their families with us for a total of 14 people and it was perfect for us. We took our ski boat and the boat dock that was with the house was perfect. I would gladly rent the house again. And the host was great, they answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Amazing views and lake house!

Our family of 12 had an unforgettable stay at Blue Heron Cove! My grandkids said it was the best vacation they’ve ever had — and we all agree. The house was absolutely beautiful, even more stunning than the pictures online (which don’t do it justice). The views were incredible, and the location was perfect. The home had every amenity we could possibly need. The kids loved the playroom and all the games, the guys spent hours fishing from the dock and using the boat slip, and the ladies enjoyed relaxing and cooking together in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. This place truly had something for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back again!

Best lake house ever!

This lake house is beautiful! The view of the lake is priceless. Seriously the pictures online are not as nice as the house really is in real life. Wow we got lucky. The house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, play room for kids, basketball and other games, chairs to sit on the dock and just watch the sun rise and set. We definitely plan to return next summer and will try to bring my elderly parents as the master suite is on the first floor and very doable for those who don’t do stairs. Thanks for a great stay!!

This property is spectacular!!

The Villa's house and grounds are spectacular! The massive house is immaculate and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The lakefront and views are picture-perfect. Our family of 11 ranged from ages 11 to 75 and the accommodations were ideal for all of us. Some of our favorite aspects inside the house include the open area of the kitchen and gathering room, the bunk bed room, the multiple-bedroom scenarios, and the 2 game rooms. The teens enjoyed hours of tubing on the lake on the boat we rented, and swimming off the dock, using lake items provided by our host. The 2 docks and the beautiful porch provided us the opportunity to watch the amazing sunrises and sunsets. We look forward to returning to The Villa in the future. Howard & Becky

Great house with a beautiful view and a nice boat dock. The house has plenty of space for a group of 14 and the kids loved the bonus game room. We found Hill Wheatley Park had a great boat launch that was only about 3 miles away and easy to get to by water also. We had an issue with the master bedroom a/c the evening we arrived and Christy and her crew responded and fixed the problem within hours. I would definitely stay again and recommend this house for families or groups that love being on Lake Hamilton in Arkansas.
