Peaceful getaway townhome on the bay & close to the beach with all the amenities

Peaceful and serene says it all! Located within the Laguna Vista Golf Course Community. Furnished and decorated with gorgeous beach decor & elegant finishes including all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our townhome has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers drawers with its own private bath including a full shower and separate tub for soaking. The guest bedroom has a queen pull-down murphy bed and its own full bathroom. Our townhome comfortably sleeps 6 guests with the 2 bedrooms and living room sofa sleeper but if you have a few more guest, you can pullout the queen air mattress that is also provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishware, pots/pans, utensils and appliances you might need to prepare any meal. Lounge by the pool with a stunning view of the bay & the South Padre Island high rise hotels. Enjoy the back patio with a view of the boats parked on the canal, BBQ, have some coffee or a glass of wine. WIFI is provided so you can access your Netflix or video accounts and internet if you just want to stay in. For exercise, play some tennis & enjoy the fully equipped gym. Access the bay via the boat canal right behind the townhome for some of the best fishing in South Texas and not to mention you are just minutes away from our South Padre Island beaches, bars and restaurants. Time it just right and you might catch a rocket launch from SpaceX. If you have the urge to shop, take a 30-minute drive to the Outlets in Mercedes Texas. Everything you want and need is right here in our perfectly located townhome for a glorious and memorable short get away from reality!

Loved the area!

Located in nice area about 20 minutes from SPI, the pools were nice, also heated. The owners always responded when we had problems with anything and the place was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

My Husband and I came to visit my family in Los Fresnos, the location was ideal, beautiful view and home! Property managers were very helpful and readily available. We will definitely be back next family vacation!

Amazing townhouse and location. We are golfers and the course was only .9 miles away. The owner/managers were great to work with. We would highly recommend this place and it’s on the water!

Relaxing and peaceful

This is a charming place to stay. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Pristine and clean; made it refreshing and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to anything we asked including being willing to extend our stay when he had previous plans! The best on my list of VRBOs

Better than the pictures even!

Had a great stay at the Rodriguez property in Laguna Vista. Very clean place, good amenities, quiet and relaxing. Felt like we were living above the price we actually paid. If/when we return to the South Padre area, we will stay here again if it's available. A highlight of the trip!

Home away from home

This was a great stay along the harbor in a gated area. We loved the townhome. Large master bedroom looks over back boat docks on the water. TV's located in all rooms. We traveled back & forth to South Padre with ease. The heated swimming pool was so pretty with views of the golf. Steve was very accommodating & communicated well. We highly recommend this stay.

Beautifully Decorated, Well Equipped and Very Comfortable

This lovely townhome looks brand new inside. Furnishings and finishes are tasteful and high quality. The kitchen has everything we could ask for in meal preparation. Very comfortable sofas, chairs and beds. Bright and airy vibe. Very quiet neighborhood away from the busy, gaudy South Padre Island, yet close enough to SPI for day adventures. Steve, the host was very responsive and courteous. If we return to the area, this will be our choice for accommodation.
