This property was extremely clean and freshly renovated. It had everything we needed for a long beach weekend with our little family. The property owner was also extremely easy to get a hold of if needed. Definitely recommend!

Very nicely updated condo with spacious balcony and beautiful ocean views. Quick walk to the beach and great location in O.C. We’d stay again!

This unit was amazing the decor was done perfectly making it a happy place to stay. It was very very clean and so roomy. The best part for my husband and I was the balcony it truly was a peaceful get away. Anne was so helpful, kind and flexible. We recommend staying here if you need some time to just rejuvenate easy check in and check out. Thank you again we appreciated everything. Stay well and can’t wait for our next visit

The condo was a wonderful property to stay at the beach. The oceanfront location was spectacular. The condo was completely remodeled, and the decor looked like it came out of an architectural magazine! The patio deck overlooked the ocean and the swimming pool was a fabulous edition to this beachside condo. There were umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, and everything you would need to make this an incredible vacation. The host,Anne was so ice and helpful with everything. She was accessible anytime and made it so easy for us. There was parking right under the building and everything went perfect. We highly recommend this unit.

July 4th Getaway

Property was very clean and well maintained. Best balcony in the building! Gorgeous views and great access to the pool and beach. One of the less crowded sections. Loved being able to listen to music on the balcony. Family friendly and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops.

Beautiful, clean condo

Condo was super clean. The kids loved the Murphy bed. The balcony was our favorite. A short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We’ll be staying again!

The property was beautiful and well kept. It was in a perfect location, so easy to get down to the beach. Anne and Scott were always available and super helpful. I would definitely love to come back!

Weekend getaway

Photos of property were amazing but they still didn’t do the property justice. This property was absolutely amazing from the decor to the view and the owners you couldn’t ask for or expect more. Will definitely return!

My review

Loved this place! the only 2 things were the screen door was loose but I think we fixed it and the water pressure in the shower was not great but that seems to be at every place I stay in OC

The Condo was very cozy and welcoming. Had everything I needed and the location is lovely. The decor was very relaxing.This is my 3rd time renting in the same building (different units) and never been disappointed. That was not the case with one of my relatives a couple of years ago. The unit they rented was crummy. I will rent again

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay we had an early check in and a late check out(wish we were able to take advantage of it😞) . The location is nice and close to everything even for staying “off” season we had a lot to choose from. The place was lovely decorated in beach them! The shell light was a nice touch to it. The washer dryer was nice to have also. We went to Summer Hill!! What beautiful town!! The beach gave lovely sunrises and sunsets. It was a disappointment at all.

Perfect Everything

This Condo was the best kept, newly renovated rental I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. It has everything you need for an easy time at the beach. Every appliance worked, every light worked, every piece of furniture new with no damage. Likewise the owners are kind, thoughtful and easy to reach. It’s a gem. Building has nice clean pool, working elevator etc. We will be back!
