We loved our stay at this charming cottage! It was clean and comfy, and we enjoyed having a hot tub. Great location - we walked to a great breakfast place.

The Cozy Cottage is very charming and has a great location. We did use Uber for trips to the CDA Resort and the prices were very reasonable. The property was immaculate and fully equipped. The host, Amanda, replied immediately if I had any questions. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Our overall stay was great. We stayed for 2 wks. The host was easy to reach & always helpful. The house is as advertised. Location was awesome, convenient to everything. Would recommend staying here!

Loved this little but functional place! Everything was clean and comfortable! Easy access, great communication, nice patio and hot tub! Quiet and convenient location. Will be back!!

Great Spot!

Stayed here with 6 people in August. The home is located in a great location, just minutes from down town. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances and communication was very good with the owner. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice Cottage

Beautiful and Nice Cottage. Easy access to local shops and restaurants. Clean and overall Great stay! Not far from Silverwood Park. Great Communication with Owner who was friendly and easy to work with!

Great Location

We stayed to volunteer at an event in CDA. Totally enjoyed the location and comfort of this sweet cottage. Plenty of room centrally located and fun downtown area. Quiet neigh orhood

Girls Weekend in Coeur d'Alene

Three work friends came on a girls weekend to go to a wedding of two other work friends. The Cozy Cottage was the perfect location, the accommodations were great and the hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of wedding fun.

This cute cottage was nicely updated and cozy. We stayed in August. The host was easy ro get ahold of and even extended out stay last minute.We enjoyed the private backyard, BBQ and hot tub.The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need and nicely furnished.We had a car, but it was close enough to downtown. It was a very quiet and private property.We would definitely stay here again.Debbie and Brian

The location of this property can't be beat, just a mile and a half to the lake and a million restaurants and all the shopping. Quiet neighborhood shows good pride of ownership. The interior of the house is of high quality especially for a house over 100 years old and was clean and spotless upon arrival. The kitchen and living room are A. Plenty of pillows, nice bedding. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and there is a dog park 1/3 of a mile way. The covered patio is a big bonus. There are no negatives here. Cute and comfy sums up this place.

Cozy Cottage was cozy and well-suited to my family's needs. Amanda was responsive and very accommodating especially when I needed to make a last-minute alteration to our length of stay. We were a bit surprised to see that the cottage is attached to another living space off-set so that it isn't visible in the pictures, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way.
