The space
The Weeping Rock Villa is an 856 Sq ft luxury apartment-style villa located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.

The Weeping Rock Villa opened in March of 2024 it is brand new and part of the ongoing development of LaFave Luxury Rentals at Zion.

The Weeping Rock Villa features a modern design and has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4-6 guests.

It has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower with a European glass door.

The villa features a brand new full-size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, plus a beautiful quartzite island bar.

The living room features a dining table, a Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed. A full-size washer/dryer is included.

The private covered Balcony with grill offers stunning views of the soaring red sandstone cliffs of Zion.

Property As Advertised

This was my 2nd trip to Zion this year and this property was as advertised. Previously, we stayed at a hotel across the street and this one exceeded all expectations. The welcome basket kicked off the stay and all of the amenities were very well thought out. We had a great conversation with Justin as we were using the hot tub and he was taking care of the property.Will definitely book here again when we return!!

Springdale in May

Very upscale. Good management on property. And of course Springdale and Zion National Park are amazing. Though a little crowded in May; which made the swimming pool quite attractive during the busy times of day.
