Situato in posizione strategica in un quartiere tranquillo con un sacco di animali selvatici, mountain bike ed escursionismo. Dyer Stretto è un tre camere da letto, cabina due bagni, che ospita sei persone. Eppure appartato vicino a negozi e lo sci. Dyer Straits è anche, a pochi passi
per Lincoln National Forest.
Il loft è la master suite ed è arredata con un letto king-size, televisore a colori a schermo piatto e comprende una zona salotto. La master suite dispone anche di un bagno privato con doccia. Il piano principale dispone di una voce di livello con una veranda coperta e comprende un soggiorno ben arredata con un camino a legna, una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, bagno e camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un televisore a colori. Vi è anche un ponte di 500 piedi quadrati coperta con vista impressionante, mobili da giardino e un grill a gas.

Il piano inferiore ha un tavolo da biliardo pieno dimensioni, biliardino, giochi di società e una grande TV con DVD per la famiglia divertente. C'è anche una camera da letto con letti a castello. Inoltre vi è un ponte di 500 piedi quadrati appartato coperto al piano inferiore.

Roomy Cabin for growing teens

No live Olympics possible. Had to build a BB grill for them. Cheap grill didn't fit well with tank.

Nice place Great view. Considering fires, repairs to elect and water occuring it was good. Those were not the owners fault, for sure

Our Christmas in the Mountains

We drove from Texas to Ruidoso, NM to enjoy a peaceful Christmas in the Mountains. We stayed just under a week, I wish we would have booked longer. Right away we felt calm with the stunning views and comforts in the cabin. The kids loved the game room and claimed the bottom story. The adults enjoyed the upper floors to sit by a cozy fire. We baked cookies for Santa and our Christmas experience is one to remember forever. Thank you so much for decorating the cabin prior to our visit. It was everything I could have ever asked for.

Great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Dyer Straits. We had a beautiful view of the canyon and had everything we needed in the cabin. Check in and check out was no problem. The cabin was cosy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet and beautiful view

Very comfortable house, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, the view from the decks was fantastic and the house was well appointed with everything we needed. We would definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Good “unplugged” vacation

Kids LOVED having their own space downstairs but missed having a bathroom downstairs. The overall property and interaction with wildlife was amazing!

Nice Cabin

Cabin is in a quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. Lots of wildlife around the property which was a plus for our young boys they looked forward to waking up early to go explore. We all enjoyed the home, very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful mountain cabin with gorgeous views and wildlife in your backyard!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain cabin with 2 scenic and spacious decks overlooking gorgeous views and wildlife. Cabin was sparkling clean and well maintained. The lower level with a bedroom w/bunk beds and game room was perfect for our teen kids. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace on a snowy evening. The main bedroom with private bath upstairs was spacious and comfortable. There's a nice fully appointed kitchen and dining room for enjoying meals at the cabin. There's a third bedroom on main floor along with full bath that's great so everyone has their own space. We stayed for a week over the holidays and the only thing we needed was access to the washer and dryer which aren't available.. Excellent communication by owners. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Oh So Amazing!

Clean, comfortable, affordable, and cozy. We stayed here with family and the setup with three floors was fantastic and my nephew was entertained with the game room for hours. The views were amazing from the huge porches and the roaming deer took it to the next level. Everything we needed to cook meals was there and the grocery store close by. Our last day we had a snow come in and it was a little dangerous getting down the mountain but other than that everything was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We(two of us) have visited the Upper Canyon of Ruidoso for the month of August for 15 of the last 18 years. This is the first time we rented Dyer Straits. We were looking for a more private and quiet location in the Upper Canyon. We couldn’t have selected a better place. The highlights for us were the upper deck and the view! The two decks are very large and both covered. It is important for us to have a covered deck as we basically live on the deck no matter what the weather. The grill is located conveniently on the upper deck and therefore covered. That makes it easy to grill as planned even if it is raining. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions or issues. The entire house was very clean. Bathrooms sparkled. We would definitely recommend this house to others. And we would rent here again!

Quite Get-away

We stayed at Dyer Cabin the week of T-giving. It was exactly what we were looking for; a quite place to relax but close to things to do, from hiking, tubing, White Sands and various places around town to include hand feeding the abundance of deer that roam the neighborhood.

Beautiful View

We had a great time. The view is spectacular. The house was perfect. Very clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing pool. The owners were quick to reply when we had questions. The drive up to the house is a tricky one but not an issue if you are ok with driving up/down steep roads but the view is worth it!! We saw deer and a raccoon!! Very quiet neighborhood.

Enchanting Cottage

We had a relaxing time at this home, decorated for the season, and outfitted with all we could need. The views were amazing, and the wildlife coming to the back porch was fun to watch.

Great fall break away

Loved this property - plenty for the kids to do with the foosball table and we loved the views of the mountains from the beautiful deck. Close to lots of hikes too. Great fall break away!

Nothing short of AMAZING

Husband and I wanted a getaway somewhere cooler than Dallas but still able to social distance and it needed trees and a view. Dyer Straits covered everything perfectly! The pictures - 100% accurate, the house - felt like you borrowed a friend's well-maintained home. The privacy you had (and the quiet!) but still a very short drive to town - we couldn't have asked for more. We brought food from home but also found a drive-thru in town where we picked up our breakfasts and a few lunch/dinners and took the food back to eat on the patio. We chose not to shop but enjoyed the storefronts on Sudderth while driving by. Very short drive to Grindstone Lake where we did a 7 mile hike and went to Alto Lake twice for the 3 mile loop. Other than that we spent our time relaxing at the house - super fast WiFi (faster than at home and husband is a techie guy) - many hours on the patio enjoying nature - saw mule deer almost daily, one waiting at the front door day two, wild turkeys and used the hummingbird feeder under the sink and then had frequent visitors. Water heater was large and water was hot - and the water pressure was great in the shower. TONS of towels, etc. provided and a very nice grill. Kitchen was well equipped and very functional. Furniture was NICE and entire home was well decorated. We drove around and looked at other areas/views and agreed that we totally scored with the house we selected. Would definitely come back!
