The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request, and A/C. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a flat-screen TV, and A/C. For outdoor adventuring, Kamaole Sands #9-205 includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and sand toys.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei, located across the street from Kamaole Beach III.
