Welcome to 205 Blackbear, a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that is about as close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get! This condo is situated next to the base area of Mt. Crested Butte and comfortably sleeps six.
This condo offers some fantastic amenities that will make your vacation a breeze. The proximity to the slopes: just walk under the WestWall Bridge and it pops you out right at the Westwall lift! From there, you can take the charlift up and ski down to the base area which features the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. A large, shared hot tub to soak in after a challenging day on the slopes, with grills nearby! Guests have access to a ski locker inside of the building, as well as locked ski/snowboard holders in the garage. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit. Don't drive when you can bus! The free shuttle that takes you to and from town is located around the corner from the building.
The condo is located on the second story which you can access using the elevator in the lobby. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, drip and Keurig coffee makers, utensils, and a crockpot to make cooking simple and easy. The kitchen opens up to the dining room table and living room. Drink up the views of Mt. CB from the living room windows while snuggling next to the gas fireplace or patio! There is a large, cable TV in the living room.
The master bedroom off of the living room has a queen-sized bed, as well as a TV with cable and Roku. There is an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted bathtub, and a separate shower. The junior master bedroom has a queen bed and Roku TV with an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower. The guest bedroom has two twin-size beds, as well as a Roku TV. In the hallway, there is a half-bath.
