The house was very spacious. We were 10 people. The hot was excellent and prompt in communicating. A lot of practical stores and places were nearby. We were here for 4th of July weekend and everything was just fine, no problem with neighbors or noise. The amenities and kitchen utensils and tools provided were very helpful—we had a great stay!

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN AUSTIN

The house was beautiful, it was well kept, and it had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Easy to get to, and it’s close to grocery stores and downtown Austin

4/10 Scarso

Mi è piaciuto: Comunicazione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
Hot tub looked as advertised, however the state of the house was poor. While furnishings and amenities certainly seemed as advertised, there were several large cockroaches scurrying around the floor in the home when we first arrived that we then had to kill and clean up. Additionally, the next morning we discovered between ten and twenty spiders and spider webs in the corners near the ceiling in all of the rooms of the house, especially the living and dining rooms. It is obvious that if the house had been cleaned before we came that the service who cleaned was not thorough. We also noted that the plastic shower curtain on the inside of the shower in the second bathroom had black mold spores. While the house was beautifully decorated and well appointed, the presence of the pests and needing to kill and clean them made the experience much less enjoyable for us and our guests.

We had such a great experience at this property! The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed and more, especially the hot tub, which was such a nice bonus and made our stay extra relaxing. The host was extremely responsive and kind, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept home with great amenities!

This property is so beautiful. One of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Communication with Liza was great. Kitchen is well appointed if you decide to stay in. Comfortable, updated, homey decor. Decent Uber to many locations and the airport. Can’t recommend this place enough.
