DISCLOSURES
* This home is located in the Rockies at over 9,000 ft.
* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from October through May. The driveway is a bit steep, but the views are worth it when you get down to the house.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* This home is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs and charge a $100 pet fee. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED.

This is an amazing property with great views. The patio with the fire pit made it very comfortable.

Everything was great with the exception the listing said it slept 6. We had six people and there were only 4 beds. We had 1 person sleep on a couch that wasn't a fold out bed and another on the hardwood floor! I feel that if you list it for 6 people you should have 6 beds. Jeff

Peaceful and perfect

This property is incredibly beautiful and the views are pristine. I stayed for a quick getaway to get some work done and relax and this was perfect. Will most definitely stay again!

A Beautiful Spot for Solitude & Peace!

This place has it all — stunning views of ranches in the valley, mountains in the vistas, privacy, a well stocked kitchen, as well as beautiful decor and furnishings! Rachelle’s place is the perfect spot for a vacation!

Great Cabin in CO Mountains

Our family of five plus our goldendoodle had a great stay at this cabin in early Spring of 2024. The cabin is conveniently located not far from Fairplay, which made it easy to grab groceries on the way. The location itself is quite secluded and the closest neighbors are almost not even visible behind the trees. The views are amazing! It was quite cold outside when we were there, but the cabin has huge panoramic windows that made enjoying the view from inside very nice. The cabin is new and very well-designed, so there was enough room for our family of six. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and utensils, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Bathrooms are also very nice and have very good water pressure, which is not always the case in mountain cabins. Overall, the cabin is very clean and comfortable. There is a large patio outside and a grill, dining set and a fire pit. Maybe we will get to enjoy those when we go back in the summer, which we for sure will. Thank you for a great stay!
