Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Needs a new cover. The one is water logged and very heavy. Also need deck repair by the tub. The property was perfect for 6 friends to spend a few days together and ride the Train. The firepit was our favorite spot. Beds were comfortable. Slept very well with the windows open. Really need to add more towels. There were only two towels per bathroom. Coffee maker didn’t work but there is a great coffee shop a few miles down the road. Cardinal Coffee has wonderful coffee, teas, hot chocolate and bagels. We had a great stay. Would love to come back in the spring. The property behind the cabin was beautiful. Very nice walk.

Thank you also for the helpful heads-up on a few details. We’re already on it: Replacing the hot tub cover with a new, lightweight one and repairing the deck. Stocking extra towels in every bathroom. Replacing the coffee maker with a brand-new machine (though Cardinal Coffee is indeed fantastic!). We’d love to host you and your friends again this spring. You’re welcome back anytime!

Beautiful cabin - most fun time gathering on the porch in the rocking chairs - also enjoyed a fun gathering around the kitchen table for breakfast time. Thank you!

Cabin in the Woods

Centrally located between Nantahala Outdoor Center and Fontana Lake, so plenty to do without driving far. Easy to get to, no long winding road up a mountain like some cabins. Comfortable beds/pillows. Hot tub was clean and worked well.

Lil' Cabin in the woods

Very nice cabin. Located in the countryside, it was very quiet and relaxing. The air hockey and foosball was a hit with the kids. Hot tub was great except the lights did not work. Plenty of parking. Fire pit was well kept.

The place was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Only recommendation is to upgrade their bath towels. They are small and not very soft. Other than that it was perfect.

Very clean place

Overall this home was very nice - the parking lot was a bit muddy but I think it's because they have a downspout that diverts all the rain water to that area. If it were buried it would have helped the wet parking lot. The beds were small - but overall we enjoyed our stay - it was close to downtown (great food options) we went to Nantahala tubing and it was pretty close to that!! Loved the TV's in all the rooms. internet was good. they had a fully stocked kitchen and that was nice as well. Great home and HOT TUB was clean and AWESOME!!!!! Those seem to be hit or miss but this one was a hit!! Good walking trails too!
