Hi Todd Thank you for choosing to stay with us over the New Year holiday. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This winter has been unusually warm, which has caused an increase in lady beetles in the area. As a mountain cabin surrounded by nature, we do our best to minimize this by thoroughly cleaning before every guest arrival, including checking windows, moving furniture, and airing out the space. We’re sorry if their presence affected your experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
