Enjoy our peaceful little 5 Star rated island paradise nestled beneath sprawling oaks and scattered palms just minutes from St James City’s restaurants and bars. Just under 1/2 acre all is yours to enjoy. Includes 25’ boat dock! Watch the manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal while you grill your catch of the day, or your fresh pick of the day from St James Fish House just down the street! Inside enjoy a fresh new contemporary and stylish cottage with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and fun!
The space
The cottage has just been fully renovated with all new interiors, and patios. You will find it very nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of privacy. There is a gas grill set up outback on the patio just waiting for your skills to arrive!
Guest access
You have almost 1/2 acre to call home here. There are 3 steps up to enter the cottage and one level of floors inside.
Other things to note
There is a 26” dock in the back yard. Plans are in process to build docks soon. There is RV power and you can dump your holding tank using your own hoses. We also have a launch ramp available next door for up to 8’ wide trailer.
