Cute and cozy home. Location is perfect :) Close to the local ski hills and lakes and Petoskey dining and shopping.

Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski hills just 8 minutes away. Crooked Lake and boat launch is literally just down the road. Petoskey State Park beach within minutes. Easy access to the Petoskey to Mackinaw bike trail.

Newly remodeled in 2023. Come and stay and enjoy yourselves at our property. Long time VRBO owners of several properties. We make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Come and enjoy a coffee on the front covered patio and explore what Petoskey has to offer - great shopping/dining/beaches/bike trails/boating/ski hills/etc.

2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. 2 new queen beds. Room to sleep 6 if you bring an air mattress. Yes - we have WiFi and central A/C.
All bed linens and bathroom towels provided. Fully equipped new kitchen.
Sorry - no pets allowed. We do this to respect our cleaning crew, future guests and our neighbors.

Loved our stay at this quaint but beautifully updated cottage. Beds were very comfortable, everything super clean, plenty of towels (always appreciated), nicely appointed kitchen. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The check in and out was very simple and easy. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who’s in the area. It was easy access to surrounding areas including the UP. Thank you to the hosts for helping to contribute to a great family vacation in northern MI.

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was a very cute clean house and was the perfect location. Very close to both petosky and harbor springs.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Gary and his wife were incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. We had a small issue our first night, and they came out the very next morning and took care of it right away. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our month-long stay.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The location is fantastic—right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and close to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend this home or the hosts enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Place was nice. Weird smell when went into house that you got used to after being in house for while. House was nice but it was not easy for one of the guests who had some minor handicaps. Stairs steep and narrow. Hallway upstairs had angled roof line so more difficult for tall people. Also in hallway had a 4 inch step down and then a step up into bathroom which was not a problem for most of us but was very difficult for those with handicap issues. I think these items should be disclosed when booking property big issues for those who can’t get around easily. Host was very good and responded quickly. Good location close to petoskey.

Bedrooms and rooflines of older rehabilitated homes are like that. Shorter ceilings in the upstairs bedroom and hallway areas. Not set up for older folks or those with stair issues or those over 6’5”. Photos of the house are on our listing. Please look at those 😊. Come back and stay again sometime if you wish. We had a great weekend here. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, the location is great for ski hill access, and the house and kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely visit again- thank you!

Second year in a row staying in your cozy home. Coming back for a week of skiing in March. Super clean, amazing gas fire, comfy bed, and so close to the slopes and shopping in Petoskey.
