View is gorgeous. Nice choice of bed for second bedroom to fit two adults and a child. Love that it has its own washer dryer. Well stocked. Small but perfect for 4 people or a family with kids. Also lots of games offered by host and sand toys with umbrella. We appreciated nice towels as well. Excellent host

Such a great spot for a family getaway. The condo was so cute and very clean. We loved all of the amenities. We will definitely be booking again. (One suggestion would be a "watch your step" at the siding glass door. I did trip on the metal lip when we first arrived. My first thought was for any excited little ones who may not notice it as well! Other than absolutely perfect!)

Weekend Fishing Trip

The place was great! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Short drive to the pier and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time, and Josh is a fabulous host...views from the balcony entertained us for hours. Accomodations where great, and everything was so handy! We will definitely be staying with Josh again, couldnt have asked for a better, relaxing 3 day vacation, from our farm.

I’m sorry you didn’t like the area but the condo was spotless when you checked in.There is nothing we can do about the area and this review was supposed to be about the condo. All other reviews are 5star for cleanliness.

Our vacation home for the week

Everything was convenient from the view, to the pool, two steps down to the beach, a nice little food/bar by the pool, a place to grill. Location is close to garden city pier and a short drive to many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Condo was clean and had everything you needed.

We picked a great weekend for a spring beach getaway. The weather was perfect, the view was great! Josh was quick to respond to any concerns we had. The condo was perfect for 2 of us. Though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Peaceful and Quiet

Lovely location. Very clean. Not too populated, which is what we like, but still close by to places of interest. Hosts were very helpful and accomodating.

Beach Getaway

Beautiful two bedroom’s on the ocean. Anything you could possibly want or need. Restaurant Bar on premises. Would highly recommend !!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a little getaway for our 16th anniversary. The host was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The master bedroom was spacious with a full length mirror and the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds, excellent for kids. The view was from the balcony was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

12th floor view

Each morning sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise. Looking below and seeing and hearing the ocean hit the beach. Very nice rental for the stay.
