Upon your arrival, the owner was personally attending to the outdoor space to ensure that the lights were functioning. The evening hours are an excellent time to enjoy the Bocce Ball Court and outdoor area. This home just went through a “spring cleaning” with attention to details and repairs along with a brand new sofa. Although we requested that you keep your pets off the furniture, we found it covered in dog hair. It had to be thoroughly cleaned upon your departure. Additionally, dog waste bags were left throughout the property. Prior to your arrival, we contacted you regarding the spa. We provided you with a hefty discount for being unable to use it as we had COVID health concerns. We certainly wish we had the opportunity to address anything you found out of place or in need of attention. We believe that our guests are our best eyes as they experience the home in a way that is special to them.
