Fun place to stay! Walking distance to State Farm Arena! Pool was so relaxing. Huge TV in living room. Would highly recommend.

The house location was perfect for us. We attended an event at State Farm arena and was able to walk there. Home was clean with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Billy checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!!

Such a good place to have your friends & family over, great location and such nice neighborhood as well. Would definitely recommend to others!

Family Break

This property was great for the little family break I wanted to just enjoy some time away swimming and enjoying time with my family.. plenty of space we enjoyed the outside area at night with the fire it was a perfect little getaway

Convenient location

We were attending an event at Westgate. Perfect location. The pool was refreshing.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It made our stay comfortable and relaxing.Billy was especially wonderful - very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He reached out ahead of our stay to start coordinating check in and asked if we wanted to check in early. We didn't need to, but we appreciated being asked. Any questions we had, it was easy enough to reach him via message. We had a small delay in checking in as we bumped into the cleaners. But we didn't mind.Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay again.

It was ok

Putters for the green outside were missing, they didn’t have all the bags for the bag game, smelled like smoke. The hot tub was hot so that was nice and the mattress was comfortable. I guess if you’re looking for just a place to sleep, it’s all good

The place was great. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. There is a very large TV in the living room, but only 1 bedroom had a TV, and the remote for that one was missing, and since that TV had no buttons on the side, it was unusable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, but when leaving the shower, the floor was like walking on ice; extremely slippery. The armrests of the seats around the fireplace were a little beat up, but still usable. The putting green and mural on the wall were nice additions. The pool table had all components. The kitchen had everything you need, plus enough cleaning supplies. There are plenty of seating options with the outdoor dining table and firepit. The location is a safe area with room for cars in the garage and driveway, as well as plenty of street parking. Overall, it was a very nice place.

State Farm Stadium event

Perfect location for an event at State Farm Stadium. Easy communication with the host. Plenty of space. Reasonable expectations for cleanup. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so we went without that. I’m sure I could’ve reached out to the owner, but it was too late, and not really a huge deal. If you’re looking for something in this area, it’s a very good option.

Five stars, no question.Picture this: you roll up to a sun-soaked house in the middle of the desert, and the second you step out of the car you just know you picked the right spot. That’s exactly how we felt. Everything about this place strikes the perfect balance between playtime and relaxation! Comfy beds, entertainment, sparkling pool, hot tub to die for!
