Paul was an excellent host, and made check in a breeze. He was available to answer any questions and his property was the perfect place to stay in Austin for the weekend . I will definitely be staying here again .

This super cool old house was the perfect hangout for three "old" ladies who were in town to see Yungblud! Everything was just as pictured and described, and we can't wait to do it again next time he's back in Austin! Will bring stuff to cook breakfast as the stove is a home chef's dream!!

Location was perfect, house was adorable! Plenty of space. Owners were always quick to respond. Would stay here again!

wonderful weekend in austin

wonderful place to stay while celebrating a graduate of texas university MFA program. beautiful park across the street.. walk thru to charming neighborhood spot with market & eateries.

Nicely remodeled place. Worked very well for us coming down to visit our daughter who is a student in Austin. Only complaint was that the neighbor left their dog outside to bark for a long time in the middle of the night, but there was nothing the host could have done about that.

Check-in and out was easy. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, everything was comfortable and cozy. The twin pads were great- we used them for our special needs son to lie on in the living room, to get some stretching time out of his wheelchair. The showers were hot, the heater and ac worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, very comfortable home. Plenty of room to park our wheelchair van and unload our son. Safe, nice neighborhood with a park to play and walk in right across the street. Thanks so much! Only suggestion would be to get a king bed in one of the downstairs rooms.

We had difficulty getting in becuae our code was wrong but it was fixed quickly. I would add a bigget tv downstairs and one in the master bedroom. A chair would be nice at the vanity table upstairs. I was looking to the fresh herbs described in the listing but all were dead. The back shed was nice but very dirty and dusty. I would add more sugar options ( low cal) to the coffee station and a bit of staples in the pantry like oil, salt and pepper. A better non stick pan would be great becuase the one provided was really old. Everything else was perfect and the house was FABULOUS!!! If the owner reads this can you please contact me?
