Great stay overall, very roomie house very close to campus. Decorated super cute. Minor problem with accessing the house host was very responsive. The bed in the room we stayed in and the bedding was ridiculously comfortable, fantastic nights of sleep.

This is a typical vrbo in a student area so a little beat up. However, if u want to be 3 min from stadium on game day then rent this. The 4 bedrooms were huge and spacious with awesome mattresses. 3 full bathrooms allowed privacy and ease of use. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. I recommend this property for all gator functions!

Went for a weekend for the Florida game and the house was perfect. Very clean and plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the stadium. Manager was great and helped us with anything we needed as well. Highly recommend!

Gainesville 4BR

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was ideal, about 1 block from the O’Connell Center and stadium made getting to UF campus easy. The home was clean and comfortable, and the host was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot

We come to Gainesville every other year when LSU Tigers are playing the Gators. This house was perfect for the wkend! Clean, nice beds (King bed a little sag to center) Cool AC and loved the ice maker. Plenty of coffee pods for us which was appreciated! Parking so close to stadium a real bonus too!

Ideal Gainesville home, walk to UF

We were in town for a weekend to visit family and attend baseball game. The house is ideally located, and although we didn’t spend much time there, we appreciated the spacious bedrooms, well appointed baths and the privacy the layout afforded us. All 4 of the bedrooms are large and have en-suite access to baths. The decor was fun, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved the cute front porch. We will definitely book again. Patrick was quick to respond, access was easy, and didn’t have a crazy to do list at check out.

My mom lives in University Park, and her house is too small for when our big, far-flung family gathers. This home worked out perfectly for us. Lots of beds and bathrooms. The living room with wood burning fireplace was cozy and comfy. We enjoyed watching Stranger Things together on the big screen TV. The kitchen isn’t a cook’s kitchen, but perfectly serviceable for what we needed. We weren’t there for UF sports, but if you were, the location could not be more convenient. Patrick, our host, was warm and welcoming. He checked in to be sure we had what we needed. We will be repeat renters.

This house is DARLING! And truthfully, I think they over-estimated how close it is to campus. My children attended swim camp and the swim facilities are adjacent to the football stadium. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk to the stadium/natatorium. It's a spacious house. Could use a little updating but perfectly delightful. The host was super easy to communicate with. One small travel tip - bring a can opener! The one there is uncooperative (or maybe it was just me - ha!). But highly recommend this rental!
