The space
Take in the beautiful sunset on one of the two wrap around decks or roast marshmallows with friends and family out by the relaxing fire pit.
Main deck features a private hot tub perfect for enjoying the crisp, Smoky Mountain fresh air. Once you step into the cabin, the solid pine walls create a warm, cohesive interior that emphasizes the open concept living area on the bottom floor complete with game room equipped with pool/ping pong table, bar, smart tv, and mini fridge. Bunk room has 4 twin bunks (250 LB. limit), sleeper futon couch (sleeps two) and smart tv.

On the main level you'll find a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area, allowing for quality family time to be spent together! Stunning cathedral ceilings add to the open, airy feeling of the great room, perfect for large family gatherings while the main floor king bedroom ensuite offer high end finishes.
A sleeper futon is also located on this level.

The upstairs loft area offers a stunning electric fireplace perfect to cozy up and enjoy movie night together while the King primary ensuite on the same level offers privacy away from the rest of the cabin. The loft area also has a sleeper couch that will sleep 2 guests.

Between the expansive three levels of living, you'll have more than enough room for 12 guests for family fun throughout all seasons.

We understand everyone loves their furry friends however this home is a PET FREE home. Thank you for understanding.

Other things to note
Sky Harbor Community has several ponds, and some creeks running through it, with abundant wildlife. It's a peaceful, friendly and cozy setting hidden in the hills. Roads do get plowed after and during snowfall but until that happens four-wheel drive is recommended. This community connects with the Spur which gives you access to head to Pigeon Forge or south to Gatlinburg.
