Oceanfront 5 bed Ocean's Inn-tuition. Elevator! Hot Tub

Welcome to Ocean's Inn-Tuition. All new queen mattresses in 2022! Smart TV in all bedrooms. Quiet dead end street! Most importantly, it has beach access directly from the back of the house. Elevator and hot tub! This home has 5 bedrooms, including 2 masters. Enjoy listening to the ocean while swinging on the deck swing. Linens included and quilts laundered after every stay. Full kitchen and 1 gig internet! Don’t miss out! Book before your dates are gone! Sleeps 13! Security camera on carport.

The entire house is yours! 3 spacious decks including a hot tub. 5 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, direct beach access and driveway with plenty of parking for4-5 cars.

We are reachable via text and phone.

10 minutes to Sneads Ferry. 7 minutes to Surf City. Located on a quiet, dead-end street.

Park your car or cars in the driveway!

There is one security camera located on the property. It is outside on the carport, facing the driveway and entry doors.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

A separate security deposit for $750 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Sol Searching Properties is a small boutique type rental management company, one that has all the fine details worked out. We are local to the island and enjoy sharing some of the island’s best kept secrets with you. Please look us up and give us a shout out.

Amazing!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time at Ocean’s Inn-tuition, but it won’t be the last! Extremely clean and recently renovated, the house had everything our group of 8 needed. We appreciated the elevator and easy beach access so much, and the hot tub was such a nice extra. Betsy was a very responsive and informative host, and we appreciated being able to check in a little early upon request.

Amazing trip

This was our second time staying at Ocean’s Inn-tuition and we have also stayed at multiple other properties hosted by Sol Searching Properties. I have yet to have one complaint about any of them. The houses are always well kept and are very CLEAN!
