Welcome to your Lake Tahoe retreat! With views overlooking the sparkling waters of Lake Tahoe, this retreat offers breathtaking views and a warm, inviting ambiance throughout. It's the perfect spot to unwind—whether you're hanging out on the deck enjoying a BBQ with friends or curling up by the fire for a movie night. Whatever kind of adventure you're after, this home's got you covered!

During the winter you are about 15 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.

During the summer you can leave your car at the home and enjoy Commons Beach (local favorite for lakeside live music and weekly movies), world class restaurants, shopping, farmers market, golf, galleries and local coffee shops. Plus, watch the July 4th Celebrations from your deck!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- NO smoking and NO pets. *Fines may occur if rules are broken*
-The garage is not accessible to vehicles in the winter months.
-The main driveway is only plowed up to the bear bin, so parking is limited to a parking pad off the road, just past the house. There is a walkway from this parking area to the house.
-Home does NOT have A/C. A/C is fairly rare in the Tahoe Truckee Region.
-This parking pad can fit 2 standard vehicles or 1 truck. In the summer, both parking areas are available to vehicles.
*Note: This property has (1) camera onsite. Overlooks the front entry (outside)*

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Lake Tahoe, in Bunker Tract, un'area in montagna e in riva al fiume. Palisades Tahoe e Northstar California Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. A livello naturalistico, invece, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Porto di Sand e Donner Lake. Anche Olympic Valley Park e Olympic Museum meritano una visita. Qui c'è tutto per divertirsi sulla neve, ad esempio lo sci di fondo e lo snowboard, oppure prova le altre attività all'aperto come il pattinaggio su ghiaccio e le escursioni in motoslitta.

We stayed at this spacious cabin in September and had a wonderful time. The house offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night, a huge plus for me as a light sleeper. Most downtown restaurants are within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was fantastic, with quick and helpful responses before our arrival, and the house instructions were thorough. This was my first time visiting Tahoe City, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great Location. Clean and Well Appointed Unit With View.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean, and there was good communication prior to arrival on what to expect and how to access the unit. It is a great location, convenient to restaurants and shops in Tahoe City and to skiing at Palisades. We would definitely return to stay here.

Very nice cabin

This is a very nice, well appointed cabin. The stove and dishwasher are updated from the photos. The walkway was well maintained despite the heavy snow this winter. It’s close to town.

Great long weekend in Tahoe City

We had a great time at the cabin--the living space was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked for group dinners, and we loved the board games, movies, and Xbox with Just Dance and other games! We parked 2 sedans on the flat parklet and could easily have fit 2 more cars on the sloped driveway--though in worse weather you would definitely need 4wd/etc. for the driveway. Downtown and the lake were both an easy walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect vacation!

Absolutely loved our stay. Enveloped by nature with spectacular view from master slider, living room slider, and kitchen window. Wrap around porch beneath the trees - so nice! Location is just a few blocks uphill from main drag in tahoe city. Sensational view, well appointed with plenty of throw blankets. Much larger than expected. Plenty of room. We will be back!!

Great location and house

Amazing location for access to Tahoe Cities amenities: restaurants, muni golf, burton creek park with myriad trails, etc. The house layout works great with a big open space and kitchen with great views. The extra half bath is always a nice bonus. Only negative was that the photos do not show deck furniture. Called agency prior to arrival to confirm whether deck furniture was there and while they sounded personal and nice, never followed up. Otherwise this would be a 5 star.

Private yet accessible location!

Wow! The property was better than described with a fully appointed kitchen, ample bathroom supplies, and room for our family (adult kids).We had a view of the lake from the deck (a favorite reading spot), and walked to dinner our first night.Although close to shops, restaurants, and even bike rentals, it was a very quiet location (occasional children at recess at the local school down the street). Easy access to plenty of hiking trails and the beach were also a plus!Two pieces of feedback would be to provide 2 keys to the property as our adult kids often had different schedules from us.Also, we had to hunt for an Allen wrench (in the garage drawer),to throw out the trash & recyclables. We left one out on the counter for others to use. Perhaps hanging it on a hook by the front door would be helpful!We would highly recommend this property for families and/or couples.
