We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host Becky was very communicative before and during our stay and made check-in/out very easy. The condo is stunning and well-stocked, with easy access to both hiking on Mammoth Mountain and to the Village. I would definitely book this property again the next time I visit Mammoth Lakes!

Thank you for such a positive review. Especially appreciated since you had to endure two days of power outages due to equipment maintenance from Southern California Edison! This was the first time for this inconvenience and you handled it with a very good attitude!

Amazing location in Mammoth! The accommodations were perfect for our party of four adults - with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condo was one of the most fully supplied homes we have ever stayed in. Even Halloween candy to enjoy! Thanks to the host for a special trip - we want to plan our next visit!

Thank you for your supportive review. Every penny we earn at the condo goes directly into improving the property and making it a better experience for the guests. Our next project will be to remodel the kitchen...but that might be a ways off, as kitchen remodels are pretty intense!

This property was awesome. Fully stocked with a nice size family room. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having the bedrooms each having access to the 3 bathrooms. Some confusion on my part to open front door as I initially saw a key lock on door frame. Once I figured out there was a deadbolt key lock above door handle then it was a breeze to get in. Very dark in area so not so easy to see. Tons of recreational things to do and the scenery is spectacular. Family is talking about coming next year for ski season as ski slopes and Village gondola are super close by. Elevator was directly off east garage and this was a great way to enter facility for this unit. Especially helpful for our 90 year old friends.

Please don’t feel like the only one who is confused with opening that door the first time!! I think the lock box to the right of the door confuses many people, but that is no longer used after we put in the Schlage keypad on the door. It is dark at the entrance so a flashlight helps a lot! We would be happy to welcome you back!

Nice 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge to ski. Roomy condo, enjoyed the quirky decor! Very well stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with host. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your kind review. We arrived in Mammoth Lakes by 2:00 pm and we were able to fix the boot warmer and dryer. Sorry that it wasn’t working for you! We plugged it in to a surge protector so hopefully it doesn’t break again. We also installed some under counter lights so the kitchen should be brighter.

We do an annual ski trip to Mammoth and this was our third time staying here. We are so thankful to have found this place. Always clean and homey and just a short walk to Canyon. Our host, Becky, is responsive and accommodating to any questions. Thank you!

You can't get any closer to the slopes and the gondola for village access. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook most nights and be up early to hit the slopes just across the road. We keep coming back because it can't be beat.

Very comfortable condo. The description is accurate and communication was stellar (very important to me). It's an older property, but well cared for. Location to the village is wonderful. One note...if you have a higher vehicle (SUV or car with cartop carrier) you may have issues in the garage. After removing our cartop carrier, we could get in the first section of parking, but could not clear the 6'-6" barrier to the back section. There is outside parking, but it is a ways from the condo. Ths is not a complaint, just a heads-up. All in all..great stay.

The Name says it All - Location! Location! Location! If you ski, ride, or bike, this is the BEST location to stay at. And the BEST host; perfect communication, made us feel at home, and their condo has everything you'd want for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing vacation. Absolutely loved this place...the resort, and the town. Thank you!

This home is very comfortable and perfectly located in Mammoth Lakes for easy access to local hot spots. The three of us were there for fall photography in the mountains and had a fantastic experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. This is a great property for a weekend ski stay. Owner/Manager was outstanding and the place was really setup well. will visit again for sure!

My family and I stayed for a second year in a row and have the kids do ski lessons. It is a great location and perfect for a family get away

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It had endless amenities, everything we needed for our trip. The view from the deck was beautiful. It was spacious enough for our family and the decorations we're so cute! The added bonus was the easy entrance, elevator and luggage cart! We'll definitely be back!
