Close to many restaurants, Ziggis coffee (out the back gate), downtown, Lake Loveland and the Benson Sculpture Garden. 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Collins, and the CSU campus. Less than a mile to the Loveland loop bike/pedestrian path, also takes you to Ft Collins, Windsor and Greeley. This home is located near Hwy 34…less than an hour drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn Natl Park. This charming mid-century rancher is available for short-term rental, offering a unique blend of retro charm and modern amenities. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, the property features a spacious interior with mid-century design elements, creating a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere.

Great location, close to all necessities. Home is a work of art. The four of us that stayed there are all 45-55 Real Estate professionals and we all LOVED the thought and effort that went into the design and decor of this home. We will definitely book again for Parents Weekend. Just close enough to CSU and just far enough to be out of the way.

Highly recommend. House was great. Super convenient to all Loveland destinations. Loved the mid century modern decor throughout the home. Host was amazing and very communicative. House had all the items we needed for our stay. Basement pool table is a bonus. On our list for a future staycation spot.

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our time here. The retro decor was fun and things were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and we liked all the space to gather. It was very easy to communicate with the host, they were helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Loveland.

Perfect Stay in Loveland

Perfect stay and location in Loveland. Had a family wedding in neighborhood at Sweet Heart Winery just 3 miles away. House was clean and Molly was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Molly!

Very cool retro

9 of us stayed here and 3 more came to eat and hang out. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean and comfortable. The 50s retro vibe was a bonus- so fun!I hope to stay here again!

Beautiful time capsule feels like a real home

Felt like I was a guest in a friends house rather than in a typical vacation house staged to be durable and look good in photos. I will look this one up first whenever I'm staying in the area.

A beautiful retro house

Our family stay at the house was great. The furnishings took me back in time, all the glassware and decor was super cool. The pool table got plenty of use and the entire family had a great weekend.

Awesome family landing spot

I loved our stay! The house was comfortable, there was room for all 10 of us and our dog, and it was close to the things we wanted to see and do in Colorado. The period decor was wonderful-one of my favorite things about our stay. The host was responsive. The neighborhood was quiet despite being close to a main, busy road. If we visit the area again, I will book this house again!

Everything was perfect and as described in the information shared, Molly was very easy to communicate with and she responded promptly. I loved having the fireplace available and we loved the pool table in the basement. The decor is fantastic. Location couldn’t be better. This was our second stay here snd we will be back. The bonus was the holiday lights and decorations already set up. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very lovely comfortable home

Molly was great and really made us feel welcome and at home. The house has everything needed and is setup so conveniently with multiple bathrooms and a large pool table in the basement. You won’t have to leave the house to have a great evening. Also so many places to sit outside the house if you like to enjoy a morning coffee outside.

Great group getaway

Nice property. Great area. Host responded quickly to all questions and requests. We were in town for a family wedding, and the property was awesome for us to all stay together. It was very spacious and plenty of seating to accommodate our large group. Kitchen was well stocked and included lots of little extras. Recently renovated and nice appliances. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. in the bathrooms.

Lovely themed home. I wish there had been a property book about the home. The front curtains were hard to close. There were some cob webs and spiders. Wonderful location. Regardless thank you for a wonderful trip.

Perfect Home for Making Memories

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult children and our 2 year old pup for a week. I cannot say enough about the comfort of Molly’s home. The linens were very soft. If you are a cook, the kitchen is a dream. It is fully equipped with just about anything you need. We had the most fun gathering around the dinner table with food and games. I would absolutely request to stay here again. Wonderful!!

This home was so convenient for my husband and I. We went out to Loveland to visit daughter and her family. They live approximately six blocks away from this home, made it very easy for us.The home is one of a kind. Very comfortable and roomy.
