The house was lovely and very comfortable. I was disappointed that the TV in the Master Bedroom was not in working order upon arrival and we had to wait until the next day for the issue to be resolved. However even after the tv was working and the staff member left he had not logged into You-tube tv so we still couldn’t get local channels during our stay. Also, I would suggest putting out more bath towels and wash cloths and including directions on how to operate the outdoor heaters for evenings on the back patio. I would stay again but hope you will have made these improvements .

Thank you for the specific and fair feedback. A TV fix that still left you without local channels is a job half done, and we've shared that with our team, along with the towel count and the need for outdoor heater instructions. Glad the home itself kept you comfortable. We'd love to show you those improvements on your return!
