Our Home is located on 8 secluded acres in Oldham Co KY. Just 3 miles from interstate 71 for easy access to Louisville or Cincinnati. also 5 miles to Lagrange KY for shopping & restaurants. Very Private & peaceful surrounded by woods & wildlife. Creek runs along the back side of property. Perfect for reading & relaxing by day & listening to frogs, crickets & owls at night! We have several big owls, deer, squirrels, red foxes, a red tail hawk & often we see a eagle fly over. Our place is perfect for couples, families, reunions & retreats.

We do not have access to public sewer! We have a septic System so we ask that you DO NOT flush any type paper products!!! NO Wipes, Paper Towels or Sanitary Products
NO Large Groups & Events! please contact owner before booking over 11 people
when checking out please strip all bedding of sheets & gather used towels. Leave Quilts, blankets & pillow shams on foot of bed. please put dirty items inside the laundry room. Turn all lights off & make sure everything not in use is unplugged. Thank You!
PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS LOCKET GARAGE DOORS AT ANY TIME!!! Any closet doors that are LOCKED please don't try to open! Each bedroom has a chest and/or closet for your use!
Blink Security is installed outdoors for guest safety & safety of our home. NO indoor cameras on Property!
Surrounded by woods we have the perfect place to relax, explore & get away from it all...our creek is full of fossils, geosphere's & arrowheads any outdoor activities are at your OWN RISK! there is Potential Danger of Wild Animals, Snakes & Ticks!
We have a love for gardening. If visiting during spring & summer months please enjoy our flowers & your welcome to make a salad from our vegetable garden! we just ask you leave some for us & our next guest!
AT & T Cell service is strong! No other cell phone services pick up. NO land lines. Available Wife & password will be displayed.
COVID 19 Protocol. We take the health & well being of our guest seriously following all CDC guide lines for disinfecting our home!

Lovely home. Everything we needed. Quiet country setting, but minutes away from anything we’d needed. Was perfect for our long wedding weekend with family.

Nice cozy home

We had a wonderful Christmas with the family here in this cozy country farm house. There was plenty of room for us to all spread out for once, and cook meals in the nice big kitchen. The potio is great There's a Kroger not far which is convenient and the nearby distillery was a fun excursion. All in all we had a great week here.

Home Base for Teacher Training

We rented this property as home base for a teacher training we were attending in Louisville (about 30 minutes away). This property is very spacious, with large common areas and plenty of beds/futons. Our only issue is fairly minor. One bed had sheets with a good bit of hair on them, not like it hadn't been washed but like you might see if a lint trap didn't catch everything. But there was an extra set of clean sheets available and this was easy to solve. The property also has three full bathrooms, so even for a larger group you can work it out to about 3 people per bathroom and not worry. The deck is a really nice touch that we enjoyed each night.
