Elegant & Romantic Farmhouse - Sunlight!

Welcome to our beautifully designed, romantic, and one of a kind space located only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Seattle!

Our fully fenced cottage has an airy design that features a Smeg fridge, Ilve range, soaking tub, and 3 skylights that flood the interior with tons of natural light.

Our cottage is a studio style unit that includes an in-wall heater and heated floors throughout to warm you up in the cold winter months, and an air conditioner for the summer!

There is a memory foam queen sized bed with a comforter, down pillows, as well as a pull out couch for an extra 3rd guest. Lots of extra linens and bath robes!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, an Italian designed refrigerator with a freezer, and all the essentials for cooking. We also have a dedicated dining table/work space with three chairs, as well as in-unit washer and dryer!

You will have access to the entire private fenced parking area and the studio. It is not attached to any other buildings and has its own private entrance and yard.

Here's a few things to know before booking! Because our cottage is located conveniently from SeaTac airport, there are planes flying overhead that may cause some noise. We have installed wall insulation and special noise cancellation windows to reduce the sound.

The space also has windows in the eves as well as three skylights that fill the room with natural sunlight. Please note that these unique designs will allow some light seepage at night. We will provide earplugs and sleeping masks in case they are needed.

questo cottage si trova a Seattle, in Highline. A livello culturale, Seattle Center e Paramount Theatre sono due tappe assolutamente da non perdere. Beautiful little unit! Just perfect for me!

This space is just beautiful. the fixtures are the coolest i have seen yet in any rental stay! Really lovely nice touch! Lighting was amazing! Luckily i live in San Francisco so i can literally sleep through anything. The only thing that may be a deal breaker for some was the fact that i was right in the flight path to SEATAC airport. You can see the landing gear on the planes overhead. I personally liked it. It was cool to watch and i very quickly did not even hear them. It added a bit of character. I never saw the owners but they responded promptly when i inquired about the wifi. No tv but that was just fine. The tub... AMAZING! And the laundry even better. I was for the first time going home with a suitcase full of CLEAN clothes!! That really was a gift! The only thing i thought that you needed was a couple of ice trays. Otherwise it is as close to perfect as i could imagine!! (i know it would be a lot more $ which would have possibly made it out of my price range, but i would have loved if the hot tub was in working order. next time!). I will for sure stay again if possible if returning to Seattle! Thank you so much!
