Fortunately we didn't have any issues so we didn't really need to contact our host. He did contact us to check on us though. Everything from checking in to checking out was super easy Great stay for us.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Pacifica! The host was very communicative and the house was close to a supermarket and places to eat. My husband appreciated the desk area, my daughters enjoyed the lounging area outside and I thought the vase on the dining room table was stylish and welcoming.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this rental property. It was located in a clean and quiet neighborhood close to everything.Communication was excellent and the house was very comfortable.

Good location - comfortable home

This place was great! Easy access and some walkable spots, like groceries, drug store and coffee. Also easy walk to hiking. Fast access to highway into SF with beautiful views and little traffic. Kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked almost every night with ease. Parking in the driveway for one vehicle, but plenty of street parking too.

Nice place to gather with friends and enjoy Pacifica

House was well appointed, comfy beds, 2 sitting areas, big dining table, outdoor seating, and everything we needed in the Kitchen. The host uses a third party for payment, it was my first time using it, so was initially suspicious, but it worked well and was easy to use once I verified with VRBO that is was legit. Walking distance to beach, shops, great bakery and other restaurants. A great place for a reunion with 3college friends

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here. Definitely will come back to this place again. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood which was very close to the beach, grocery store, coffee shops and bakeries. We appreciate how the host gave some suggestions of the shops/eateries in their description. We also loved the location because it was easy access to downtown SF via and we gratefully didn't deal with any freeway traffic both going to SF and returning back to the home. Loved the soft white towels and the bedding. House was clean except for one minor bathroom issue with the shower liner having some black moldy spots. I messaged the host in the late evening and got an immediate response. The issue got taken care the next day with a new shower liner put in. Kitchen was well stocked but we only used the microwave and some dishes and utensils since we always went out to eat or brought take out food back to the place. Host was really attentive and prompt with responding to my inquiries before our stay as well as during our stay. It was a real blessing to stay at this place for the weekend.

VERY GOOD PROPERTY, VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, EXCELLENT HOSTS; IN BEDROOM 1 THE BASE OF THE BED DIDN'T SUPPORT THE WEIGHT AND WE HAD TO LOWER THE MATTRESS TO THE FLOOR, THE MAIN BEDROOM DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE DRAWER TO STORE CLOTHES AND THE CLOSET WAS VERY SMALL, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT, EVEN IF IT WOULD HAVE USED A ADDITIONAL HALF BATHROOM. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT

Nice but needs basic amenities & updates

Nice home, however lacked basic necessities. Needs some updating, new furniture as the couch is grossly stained and one of the twin beds is broken. Ants in one of the bedroom crawling all over the beds and night stand. Smell in the house is of an older home and house. Outside furniture had mildew and mold on it from the moisture and dew. Neighbors make it hard to pull in and out. Neighborhood older and congested. Nice area close to beach and our local favorite star bread.

Quiet neighborhood, quick easy ride to SF and neighborhood was safe. Two living rooms was nice to have. My only complaint is that there was no blackouts curtains.

Home was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. There was sufficient parking for the two cars that were brought on the trip. Home was in close distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. I appreciated the close distance for outings in San Francisco and was able to get into the city in 30 minutes or less.
