This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 7th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!! In the Winter of 2024 we added new bedroom furniture, new polywood balcony furniture and painted the condo!!

Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

Great Condo!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect in every way with the exception of the odor inside the unit. It was so strong that it lingered on our clothes even after we left. Everything appeared to be clean and well maintained so we couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from, but it’s noticeable as soon as you soon walk in.
