Great location next to Bluebird. Walking to dinner every night was fantastic. Very clean, loved the rooftop hot tub. Highly recommend

Skiing new years trip

We had a excellent experience with our 6 people group at this property. We loved the kitchen, very convenient for us because we didn’t eat out and made all our meals there. Garage space was amazing if you came with a lot of skiing and winter clothes. Place was clean, customer service was great and flexible. . We had a very short but most enjoyable vacation .

Great Place

We enjoyed staying here. The townhouse is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage and gear space are perfect for keeping our snow gear. The location is great. Bluebird is next door with lots of food choices. The only drawback is there are a lot of stairs. We definitely got our steps in. We stay here again.

Ski vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here. Close to a bunch of slopes and the garage was an amazing bonus in cold weather. Close to a ton of shops and restaurants also. Hot tub was amazing. Beds comfy and home beautiful throughout.

Spring break ski trip

Great new condo! Kitchen had all the dishes and pots/pans to avoid going out to dinner. Memory foam bed in the master was comfortable. Loved the garage and benches to get out of your ski gear. Boot/glove drier was an added bonus. Jacuzzi was used daily. Having the ChargePoint (EV) station in the parking garage next door was an added bonus. The location adjacent to the bluebird market for empanadas and crepes or ice cream was a nice addition.

Great location

The place was great with two exceptions.There is not a garage opener or keypad number given so you have to drop someone off in front of the building to go in and open the garage door while you drive around the block to park. And it is hot upstairs in the summer with no AC. Even with windows open and multiple fans on it was hard to get comfortable enough to sleep.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the property, but we're sorry for the inconvenience with the garage access and the upstairs temperature. Regarding the garage, access is provided through the unit. Once inside, you can open the garage using the button located to your left as you enter the garage from the unit. We apologize if this wasn't clear in the arrival instructions. Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning, which is common in Summit County. We provide fans in each bedroom closet and recommend opening the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air. If you need an additional fan, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange delivery. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back!

Great Condo in Silverthorne

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as pictured and everything was clean and welcoming. I absolutely loved the roof top hot-tub. There is plenty of space for a family. Be careful of parking, as you are not allowed to park on the street in front of the condo. There is a garage available for use, but the welcome guide isn't extremely clear on that. Otherwise, we loved the stay.

The property was nice and clean, and it worked great for us. However, the smoke detector alarm went off every time we tried to cook, with no smoke present. Additionally, we were told we would have two parking spots, and only had 1, which was quite problematic at as a couple of guys had to find overnight street parking away from the property. Contacting the property manager, we were told the garage would fit two vehicles, and it most definitely did not (see pic below). Overall good stay, just a couple of minor issues.

Thank you for your feedback. As the photo you provided shows, you have a large truck. With a more compact vehicle, two cars can fit in the garage. We are sorry that this was not more clear when booking the property! The smoke detectors are sensitive, however as long as the vent fan is used above the stove, it will not set off the detectors.
