Historic House in Downtown Butte

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are excited to be able to offer this adorable house from the early 1900's with all the charm of Butte from that era. The home is located just two blocks SW of the Butte Civic Center and a short walk/drive to all that Butte has in store.

The house offers two bedrooms and an additional living space with a queen bed in the lofted upstairs, along with one and a half bathrooms, open concept living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The property has a large yard with a dog door for your furry loved ones to enjoy. The garage is not available for renters use.

This home is perfect for families, traveling professionals or anyone just passing through historic Butte America.

This place was so cute, cozy, and perfect for our weekend trip. we appreciated the the listing was dog friendly, and we and our dogs loved the yard! The VHS movies and DVDs were such a nice touchc we loved getting to relive some childhood nostalgia during our visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Tracy was a great communicator. We hit a smoky time in Butte but had a great time playing games and enjoying the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked. The grill worked great and we loved having lots of seating options. The beds were comfortable.

Beautiful Butte

This is a nice home in central Butte, close to downtown and other attractions. The large backyard was great to give the kids room to burn off steam after visiting family all day.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. Plenty of room for our family and it was very quiet. Easy location to get to and from our activities. The property owner was very responsive and attended to a minor repair immediately and it was fixed before we returned to the house after our outings the first day.

House was located on a large corner lot, with a very spacious backyard. The yard provided a place for our dog to unwind and play chuck-it. Host was very responsive and there was plenty of parking available.

Lovely place

We had a very nice stay at this house. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The yard was a huge bonus for my dog. We enjoyed the house very much. Nice and quiet.

Great stay in a great house. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We liked the location of the house, a large corner lot and a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking for two vehicles in front of the house. The house was comfy and spacious and had everything we needed. The big backyard was wonderful. We highly recommend this house and will certainly stay here again when we're back in Butte.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay. However, we must address some serious issues that occurred during your visit. Unfortunately, a speaker was taken from the property, and excessive damages were left behind, including but not limited too, a towel rack broken in half and the thermostat ripped out of the wall. Additionally, we found evidence of drug use in the home, and excessive cleaning was required to make the property livable again. These actions are clear violations of our house rules and rental agreement. These matters have been documented and reported to the platform for resolution. We always aim to provide a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and maintain a respectful atmosphere for everyone. We encourage future guests to review our house rules and treat the property with care and consideration. Thank you for your understanding.

Large home

Cute property with great front porch and back yard. Home was much bigger than I had anticipated. Enjoyed our stay there! It is on the fringe of an neighborhood that looks like it has same older homes, some are better taken care of than others, but we did not have any problems. Oh, and the menu for the VU restaurant needs to be updated, they only have bar food and pizza now!

Fabulous!

Everything was just as it was advertised! There was a slight issue with the heating during our stay and the manager was quickly responsive and fixed the issue right away. I loved that, so much! We loved how big the yard was, as well! And that we could bring our dog!My only complaint is that the house needed a throughly deep clean. There were stains on doors and walls. The freezer had crumbs and residue, as did the inside of the frig. The corners and baseboards needed some attention as well.Also, the bed in the main room on the main floor was pulled away from the wall about 6 inches. There was no headboard. I was a little weird.

Thank you for your review. We have hired a professional cleaner to come in and give it a good once over. With cleaning it ourselves, sometime small things slip through the cracks especially with the house being 110 years old this year.

Hi! I am born and raised in Dickinson, ND, but am a 2nd generation Butte girl. My mom was born and raised in Butte and I moved here shortly after graduating from North Dakota State University. I have been property managing my family for about 5 years and just recently got my own property up and running. I still live locally and love everything about living in the Butte Silver Bow area.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I purchased the house in March of 2017 about 3 months after moving to Butte and fell in love with the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly, and we look out for each other and converse on a regular basis. I lived there until June of 2023 when my husband and I purchased a home together.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My property is in the perfect location for people that are in town to explore or groups that are here for Sporting events. We are walking distance to uptown and very close to the civic center that hosts a ton of events throughout the year. Unlike many in the area, we have a large yard that is over 3 standard sized lots.
