We're so sorry to hear that you had some hiccups during your stay. We do have AC units upstairs in the windows, and hope you turned them on to keep cool. Hopefully with the windows open you also got to have some natural cool breeze? As for coffee and body soap, we don't advertise those items -- but we'll consider adding them in the future as it would be nice to arrive with some coffee and body soap (note there is always dish soap). As for the laundry machine, we do have old pipes, but we also have a plumber on hand who can come and alleviate any issues that might come up with the laundry machine, it should be working fine. And finally for swimming areas, we try to be clear that to access the cove dock entrance without walking through the marshy path, it's best to access via a 5 minute walk on the road! And the beach is .6 miles away - perhaps we need to create Google Pins so that they are easier to find!
