Guest Access:
Our guests get access to all the amenities offered:

The Neighborhood:
You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.

Getting Around:
You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

Please note that there is construction work in the Crystal City area, even during the night. We appreciate your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
In addition, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, on the day of your arrival we will provide you with a complimentary welcome kit, which includes some basic personal care and cooking products.

Please note that access to the pool is only for guests with a wristband. Each reservation includes two wristbands. If you need additional wristbands, they will be available for an additional $50USD (lost wristbands are assumed with a charge).

We do not provide washcloths.

The pool is only open from May through September (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
