Our stay at this home in Garden City, Utah was an amazing experience for my family. The house has absolutely everything you could need, and it’s clear the owner has thought of every little detail. It truly feels like a home away from home, with so many thoughtful touches that make your stay comfortable and relaxing.The massage chair is incredible, and having a sauna in the garage was such a fantastic bonus. Everything is perfectly organized and exactly where it should be.I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Garden City, Utah. It’s truly a 100% recommended place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

Stay was so great and we loved it. would return again. So clean, loved the games and items to cook with. Market was in walking distance. Loved the fire place and living room. We played games and enjoyed our time. Sauna and massage chair were WONDERFUL.One concern is that the front door does not have a lock that’s separate from the code lock. It is unknown if this is changed between every guest, obviously we know the host knows it also. Normal safety practices would be that the door should have an extra dead bolt or door knob lock in addition to the code lock. We should have an option of protection and security that truly no one can get in. As females in today’s society, unfortunately, this was a huge concern and we had to take our own extra measures of protection because of this, which shouldn’t be necessary. This should be fixed immediately.

Hi Emily, I'm so glad you had a great time! I have a system that generates a unique code for every guest that expires soon after checkout. So no previous guests can get in. Even if I did put an extra deadbolt on (beyond the one that's there already), I would need to keep a key to it. So I understand from a female's perspective needing to know that it will be 100% safe--but the owner always needs to be able to access the property once people leave, so with every vacation rental, there will be a default way for the owner to get in, just like when you rent an apartment and the landlord has a key.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and house was immaculately clean. Loved the large family room area and lots of fun games in the upstairs closet. The location is perfect if headed to Bear Lake Marina.

This townhouse is located in a great area of garden city. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a walk/bike path nearby. It is a very clean place, well-stocked and very comfortable. The tv system was simple to work and all appliances were in great working condition. We loved staying here and enjoyed being able to get to the Beaver mountain resort within 20 minutes as well as some great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

We loved our stay at this town home and could walk to the supermarket. The marina was a very short drive. The home was comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Appreciate how well the place was stocked. Plenty of room for kids as well as a nice supply of games. Very comfortable. It was also withing walking distance of a gas station, grocery store and hardware store. Highly recommend!

Great townhouse and amazing host! The location showed the location to be lakeside which it was not. Convenient location, we were just looking for a lakeside location. Very clean and amazing communication with the host!!

Hi Monica, I'm glad you had a great time! I'm sorry for the confusion! I don't advertise as waterfront, and the map shows our location as just West of 89 (Bear Lake Blvd) that runs along the lake. Were pretty close by, but definitely not right on the water!!! Again, I'm sorry it wasn't quite what you were hoping, but thanks for staying in our home!

Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to "downtown" as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance.The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather or you just need to chill and relax. We visited during the shoulder season, so many restaurants and gift shops were not open. But it was relaxing to be at the lake before the summer holiday season kicks off.We would absolutely pick this charming home again.

It’s a brand new turn key property that is well appointed w/ everything a family and friends could need. Tons of space, sleeping arrangements for a bunch of people, and kitchen to cook and gather together. Bear Lake is simply stunning!

Perfect Bear Lake Vacation Stay

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our needs! It was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in and check out was convenient. The location was great for both lake/beaches and restaurants/stores. The owners were very kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Stay in Garden City

The property was just what we needed; very clean and organized and very near to all of the areas of activity in Garden City. The process for arrival and departure was clearly communicated, and well ahead of arrival. We most certainly would stay at this property again!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! This townhouse is in the perfect location and right by all the fun in town. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and a very nice place. Had everything we could’ve asked for. Host was great and left us a little goody bag which we loved! Overall, 10/10! You will not be disappointed!

Clean new basic property with a weird layout

We were pleased enough with our stay, but wished the listing had clarified a few more things... especially the layout. The main level has a kitchen, master bedroom w master bathroom. The second level has the living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We really wanted and expected the living and dining room would be on the same level. Since it’s not, unfortunately this meant our family was often split in two different locations instead of all having a central location to spend together. Also, if you want to use a bathroom on the main level you have to go into the master bedroom and to the master bathroom. There is not a powder room on the main level for guests to use. The kitchen supplies are very basic, so you may be happier if you mostly plan to eat out. The unit is new and was clean, so that’s a positive. They also give you a list of chores to do upon checking out which we thought was too much after paying cleaning fee. Overall, I feel like for some it could be a great rental for you, but it's nice to know a few more details ahead of booking. We did get it for the price of other two bedrooms we were looking at so the price was good, and the location was great.

The 'chores' we ask are simple things that allow our housekeeper to clean an entire over 2,000 square foot home in between guests in less than 5 hours (imagine all that laundry!), and we have found them to be pretty standard among all the professional house cleaners in Garden City: take your garbage out to the bin in the garage, start the dishwasher, and remove your food from the fridge. We'll take your advice and add more info about the layout of our home to the listing. Thanks!
